We had to leave our room key every time we left our room to the reception. They were strickt about it. For whatever reason, this is unacceptable, and very bothering

What a wonderful 8 night stay. The hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price. All of the staff were great but Selima was especially helpful with booking restaurant reservations and museum and cruise tickets. She helped to make our trip in Paris amazing!

Hard to fault. Location excellent, metres to many many cafes and restaurants, less than 10 mins walk to The Seine. Breakfast fresh and peaceful in elegant surroundings. Room cleanliness exceptional. Great sized bathroom. Windows open allowing sunlight to flow in. Air conditioning, professional staff. Just perfect. We had room 41. But we also saw room 62 up under the eaves (our friends had it & was probably cheaper) but small, and better for a single traveler…But 41 was perfect.

Good hotel, but I wouldn’t say it’s great. The room was quite small as expected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the washroom, especially the shower. But wow was the toilet in a tight spot. Best thing about this hotel was the location - plenty of restaurants and cafes around it, and very close to the metro.

THE BAD:
We had to change rooms after day 2 due to some cleanliness issues. Both Rooms smelled bad, all pillows were bricks, all beds were overused and have major dips in them, back problems? Get ready to enjoy those after sleeping here.
For some weird reason the reception desk worker knocked on our door 3 times at 11pm at night, after the 3rd knock I fully woke up, when I opened the door he said “oh sorry I made a mistake” then asked if my Tv was ok and then walked away. SUPER WEIRD!!
The main receptionist during the daytime hours was very rude. Also Since we payed in advance, they refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, so we had to suck it up and stay there.
Lastly they weirdly make you give them your key every time you leave the hotel.
THE GOOD:
Shower was nice, and warm and had good pressure.
Location: was perfect distance to everything, 5 minute walk to Luxembourg park, 10 minute walk to Norte dame. Lots of local restaurants, just outside the touristy area so the neighborhood is pretty quiet. There’s a local grocery store 3 minutes away you can walk for food to picnic in the park.

Friendly staff, helped with getting taxis, lots of late night eating around. Kept windows to street open on 3rd floor room (a bit of night life restaurant noise til midnight). Super close to metro Odeon stop (and only about 50 stairs), also several bus lines. Great location for walking and metro and bus.

A lovely small hotel with all the amenities! The hotel is located in a lively history rich area. Front desk associates were always kind and helpful. We had great experiences based on their recommendations.

Wonderful hotel in the 6th Arr.
We had initially booked a different hotel which upon checking in we immediately began looking for a new one.
We are so happy we chose the Odéon Hotel. The location was perfect; walking distance to cafes, shopping, and the metro. We even walked to Notre Dame and the Louvre. We always felt safe, even walking late at night.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was perfect for me and my daughter. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable.

OMG what a charming find in simply one of the best neighborhoods in Paris, at a price point that doesn't break the bank. I've stayed in this neighborhood for years at a nearby hotel that's also nice... and 30% more expensive for no more bang for the buck.
