The Hôtel receptionist is so kind and funny, it really makes a big difference when you’re greeted with so much warmth. I really enjoyed my stay, the location was perfect it’s right outside the station for your early morning trains, the room was clean but the bathroom/toilet was alright could have been better.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better – right across from the North Station, with a metro entrance just outside. It was literally a two-to-three-minute walk from the Eurostar platform. The staff were diligent, responsible, and friendly. One time, I needed to print something at midnight, and Harold on duty immediately helped me out – a big thanks to him! The only downside to the hotel is the poor soundproofing. My room was next to a large room that could sleep five people. Luckily, out of my seven-night stay, there were only two nights when someone was next door: once it was a family with two crying children, and another time it was a group of young people…

Just opposite to Paris Gure De Nord station. Extremely suitable for those who need to depart early from the station. However, the weird thing we found is that the receptionist requested us to pass him our room access card everytime we went out from hotel.

For those who may not have the opportunity to indulge in lavish experiences, this hotel offers a warm and welcoming place to stay, conviently locatar near the train station. From here, you can easily catch a bus, Metro, or train to explore the town. We would head out each morning, eager to discover the city’s beauty, and return in the evenings, grateful for a cozy place to rest after a day of adventure.

Location is very good coz its just nearby the metro train station and inter city station to Amsterdam, London,etc.
Hotel is surrounded by restaurants & cafe.

Amenities - no Thermos/airpot inside the room, coffee & tea is just available near the reception area.

Bedding was insufficient. I got cold 🥶 🤧 😩 😫 😕 😑 but otherwise, it's a beautiful 😍 hotel down town right in the center of everything. Thank you so much!

We've stayed here a few times now - mostly as it's incredibly handy for the Eurostar and the Gare du Nord (literally across the road). The quality of the rooms has definitely improved over the last year or so, but as with all Paris hotels, it's vastly overpriced for what it is. See if you can get a room at the front for a great view of the station and the general hustle that goes on there. It quietens down at night and there is good soundproofing. Rooms at the back are quieter, but less interesting.
The area around the hotel can look a bit intimidating, but we've never had any problems there, just don't be stupid. There are good eating options all around so everything you'd need is nearby. Breakfast is available at the New Hotel next door - and this has always been good, if a little difficult to find. Pay for it at the hotel.
The guy on the desk this time was very friendly and fun which always makes a stay more pleasant.

The hotel is extremely cramped
everything from the elevator, stairs, reception, even the entrance (hidden between restaurants) feels tight.
The location is great, right across from the main station, but you can hear everything, so there’s no peace and quiet.
Breakfast is a joke: served in a tiny, unventilated room, barely enough space for a few people, and the food is terrible.
On the bright side, the place is clean and the staff, especially the morning shift, were very kind, helpful, and welcoming.
