Hotel Pax Opera has a good location, very close to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. The room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom was quite spacious. There was no mini-fridge or kettle in the room.

The hotel has a charming retro vibe. The small windows face a building across the street. It's clean, and while the room isn't huge, it easily fit two 28-inch suitcases. It has a very French feel. The female staff were very enthusiastic, and the male owner was delightful. There's a convenience store and a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and it's super close to the metro station. The street itself is very pleasant. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom in my room didn't have a complete separation between the wet and dry areas, so water tended to splash out towards the toilet.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 10.30am and the staff helped us to check in immediately. We could relax for a bit before heading out.
Though we booked a standard Double Room, they gave us a Triple Twin bed room. The room is so spacious. My daughter absolutely love it.
Also, the location is unbelievably convenient. We could just walk to Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier too.
There are so many good cafes around which are within walking distance of 15~20 minutes....such as Cult Coffee, Kozy Cafe, Shigure Cafe, Cafe Jirisan and the nice Japanese Ranen place "Isshin Ramen"
Highly recommend!

The location is good, close to the subway station, but a bit far from the main attractions. There are many Chinese restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. It's an older hotel, so the rooms are spacious but the facilities are a bit dated. Check-in is strictly at 2 PM, no early check-in. You have to fill out a handwritten check-in card and return your room key to the front desk every time you leave. There's a self-service coffee machine and some small desserts available.

Located in the 9th arrondissement, the area feels quite safe, and the metro station is a five-minute walk away. There's also a Chinese restaurant right across from the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, offering free luggage storage and requiring no deposit. The single room was a bit small, but for under 500 euros a night in this Paris location, it's pretty good value for money.

The rooms are good; the double rooms are quite spacious, but the single rooms are very small. The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby. The staff I encountered during the day were all exceptionally nice, but the old man who checked me in at night had an incredibly bad attitude!!!!!! He was very rude and impatient. Definitely a thumbs down for him!

Clean room, good service staff, strategic location. If electric kettle is available then would be perfect, but there’s hot water supply from coffee machine.

Rooms in Paris are generally quite small, but this one is exquisite, long-shaped, and has a clever layout, making the most of a small space. It's clean with a separate wet and dry area. The security is good, and the front desk staff are polite. It even has an old-fashioned elevator that operates quickly. Highly recommended!
