Clearly this is a budget friendly hotel . Its location could not be better . Montmarte is in a 2 minute walking distance . There are cute cafes and bistros nearby . It is accessible to different lines of metro which makes it easy to move to other areas . Moreover , the night buses serving the area is a huge plus . The room we had was quite clean and with a view on the street. Taking into account that we visited Paris the last weekend of May , it wasn’t noisy during the night. They have a 24h hour reception , the staff is friendly and helpful . The accommodation is pretty basic but decent . I would definitely go back for a short trip to Paris .

Clean room with enough space, Coffee and tea provided. Amazing location. Grocery store 50m from hotel. Not very thick walls so there is some noise from other rooms, but my kid still slept well.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel with my two friends. The service and staff were very kind, especially the GIRL at the reception who was very kind and helped us with every request we had. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in Paris and the price for that location was very good. It was a quiet and very clean hotel. We are very happy for the choice we made :)

Clean hotel and fair price for what you get. Downsides is every morning we woke up to damp walls covered in water which made me quite sick which we tried preventing keeping windows open etc. They are very stingy with toilet paper even if you had only a bit left cleaners wouldn’t provide more. You can hear people in the rooms beside you and the elevator is quite noisy at all times of the night. Mostly all staff spoke good English as well which is great.

Friendly and helpful staff with good English for non-native speakers. Rooms are good but there can be a little noise at times just due to building structure. 5 minute walk to the metro with a supermarket right on your doorstep. If you want a hotel with a view this is not the place but would absolutely return. Check in is at 3pm (normal time) but lobby does not have a couch or sofa - just cafe style seating so best to wait elsewhere if you arrive beforehand.

Had read some negative online reviews of the hotel, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was at the back of the building, so was away from the street. It was of a decent size and housekeeping made the beds daily & changed the towels daily. Breakfast was typically French, bread rolls and pastries, with a fruit & yogurt buffet. The staff were helpful & pleasant. The hotel is located close to the Anvers Metro stop - making practically the entire city accessible and there are plenty of good bars, cafe's & Restaurant's locally. For the price, an absolute gem and would use again.

Front desk was incredibly rude, rooms were smelly and old. Neighborhood was sketchy. Stay away from this place. It was a nightmare for me and my wife.

We read reviews before we got to the hotel, and checked for bugs when we got there. Our first room had bugs in one of the bed sheets, so we asked for a new room. We checked again for bugs, and once more we found a huge bed bug behind the pillow. We complained again and got a full refund after the owner came along to see the bugs.. He was very skeptical at first but apologized when he saw the bugs. They promissed to clean both roooms the next day, but im not too sure they will... Regardless we got the money back, but we warn other guests to check the beds before you go to sleep.

It's good for the price it has. The people who work here are friendly. If you don't have very high standards, it's recommended!

1 minute walk from nearest Metro Supermarket. Room was very basic, ok for price but have found nicer hotels closer to central Paris in the past for a better price. Wouldn't stay here for longer than 2 nights. Walking distance to Moulin Rouge. Breakfast was good and included in price and parking was available nearby at 32.85 Euro for 24 hours
