This is a fantastic little hotel, we loved every minute of our stay here. It's location on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter makes it the perfect spot for sightseeing, while restful for sleeping. It is right beside the beautiful Jardins du Luxembourg, close to the bus terminal and metro station, and restaurants and cafes are plentiful. It is about a 20 minute walk to Notre Dame and 20 minutes on the bus to the Eiffel tower. We were a family of four and had a very comfortable and spacious family room. It had the added bonus of a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge, bowls etc. The breakfast is phenomenal, amazing fresh fruit platters. We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble in giving directions, restaurant recommendations and travel advice. 100% recommend and we look forward to returning.

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel. We appreciated the location close to the RER and bus lines, it made it easy to get anywhere. Yet at the same time, it was tucked away on a quiet side street so the nights were peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower quite nice -- both rainfall and hand-held. The staff were very patient with our attempts at French as well. An added bonus - lovely boulangeries, including one right at the corner - to get a fantastic breakfast pastry or bread to take to the nearby park. I would definitely stay here again!

This boutique hotel has quite a lot of charm. The room was very 'tight' with luggage just for one person but for the one night, it was really comfortable. Bed and pillow provided a great night's sleep and the staff was very courteous. For the price and location- definitely recommend.

We had stayed here in 2024 and decided to come back again this year. Returning from dinner at 11:30pm we prepared our luggage for a 7am departure and went to sleep. In the morning, we realized that my purse, my husband's passport pouch and wallet were gone. The window was still on the loose latch (as we found it on check in) and the door double-locked from the inside. We immediately alerted the front desk who called the police and reviewed the cameras. No one entered our room from the hallway between 1130pm and 6am. The crime scene police officers arrived and after taking fingerprints confirmed that the thief entered our room by climbing up the exterior wall, over the balcony railing, and through the latched window WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP. Were we followed back from dinner (~30 min walk)? Was it an inside job? Was it opportunistic? Was it random? No one can say. We requested that the hotel use their insurance to help cover the costs of the stolen items (~$5,000US) but we were told that their insurance company denied the claim since we were in the room during the theft. Is it their belief that our waking up and confronting a thief in the dark would have been preferable? We had hoped the hotel would have fought harder for us. Adding insult to injury, we received a very assertive email from them demanding that we pay for the room the night of the break in. We are very disappointed in the hotel's response (other than the 2 complimentary nights they offered). We are out a great deal of money as our travel insurance does not cover travel expenses incurred due to theft of a passport in addition to the value of the items that were stolen. This was the most terrifying travel experience we've ever had. A hotel's most basic promise is a safe place to sleep. In this case, that didn’t happen and thus we cannot recommend the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Our two rooms were immaculate, comfortable and quiet. The rooms are not huge as per the norm in Paris but are practical and decorated very nicely. The staff are most helpful and always friendly. They kindly gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us. They booked a mini van to transport us to the airport, this was on time and driven by a true gentleman. There are plenty of great cafes, restaurants and the beautiful Luxembourg gardens all within easy walking distance of the hotel. We highly recommend Hotel Les Jardins du Luxembourg and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is located centrally to most major attractions in Paris. There are many restaurants located within a couple minutes walk. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast served at the hotel is scrumptious and affordable. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed with a mix of antique decor and modern amenities.

We had a pleasant 4 night stay at the Hotel Les Jardins du Luxembourg. We had a room on the second floor, small, but typical for this price range in Paris. There is an RER B station with street-level elevator close by. A little further out but not too far out is Notre Dame, the Panthéon, the Musée de Cluny Museum, as well as other famous Parisian sites and restaurants. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. There was a one foot step up to the small balcony that looked out onto the quiet cul-de-sac. Air conditioning was excellent. Staff were discrete but very helpful when needed. Overall we had a comfortable, quiet stay and recommend the hotel.

Great Hotel. Felt very welcomed upon arrival. Room was as pictured. Location was so close the the 'gardens' and local transportation. The chairs in the Luxembourg gardens were perfect for sitting and enjoying a rest. The garden was amazing. Worth a walk thru everyday. The room was quiet and comfortable; bed and bed linen very nice. Rooms were sound proofed from the traffic. Ample toiletries. Bathroom was clean and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The fruit was fresh and breads/eggs/bacon tasty. Loved the fresh water availability in the lobby. Staff went out their way to be helpful. With in walking distance of Notre Dame. Close to many attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Everything was quite nice but if I had to complain I would like bigger mugs for tea. The soft boiled eggs are really soft.

Great place with friendly and helpful reception desk. We stayed in November 2023, as a family of four, with two minor aged kids (age 8 and 11). We booked one big room for the four of us. The room had a clean bathroom, one double bed (for adults), and two single beds (for kids). The room could be separated in two rooms with sliding doors. Two windows with balcony. Also great location, because close to the subway, and walking distance to the Panthéon or the Notre Dame. Also relatively silent overnight, no noise when sleeping.

A wonderful location. There are an abundance of cafes nearby. The hotel is located on a very peaceful street. Just a few steps away from the Luxembourg Gardens. The staff are exceptionally helpful. The lobby is charming and the breakfast offerings are delicious.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late March 2025. We have no complaints about anything—the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly (and fluent in English), and breakfast was excellent (€15 for a simple yet satisfying set menu or €22 for a more complete breakfast). The hotel’s location was ideal: situated in the Latin Quarter near the Panthéon and just steps from the RER and metro stations. It’s also conveniently accessible via the RER from Charles de Gaulle Airport, just drop off at Luxembourg Station. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A shout-out to the staff for making our stay pleasant!

It’s literally the worse place I’ve stayed and I wouldn’t even call it a hotel.
The room is embarrassingly small that’s jn no condition to be used as a hotel room. The bathroom makes no sense, sink is tiny and you can barely fit into the shower room, water spills everywhere. Door is leaking. Towel are not changed and cleaned diligently on a daily basis, you have to ask them to.
No kettle, they make you come down to beg them for water. Way to go for customer experience.
Ridiculously small tables that can fit nothing, I had to put my clothes in my luggage and luggage right near my bed. It’s frankly pathetic, even a brokeass hostel is bigger than that.

They also have pins on the wall and if you careless enough and drop one and step on it like I did, you ended up having a pin inside your feet. Yes, that actually happened!

Overall the worst place I’ve stayed in my 15+ of traveling, it is a nightmare for my otherwise fabulous time in Paris.

The hotel itself is decent, but the service at the hotel restaurant, particularly from the waiter, was far from satisfactory. He appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic about his work. His attitude was cold and unwelcoming, and he muttered comments under his breath, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on the service.

Came to this hotel last minute as the one I was supposed to stay at was disgusting. Anyways, was sooooo happy they were so accommodating. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need (great hair dryer). A great location at a really reasonable price. Thank you!!

The location is the best thing about this hotel! It’s within 5 minutes to the Luxembourg station and the Pantheon, and 10 minutes to the river front. The front desk is very helpful as well.
However, housekeeping has been very inconsistent. Sometimes they just took away the dirty towel on the floor without replacing with new ones. The filling of the pillows also had a dirty smell, which puffed out occasionally. I would have much preferred to have one clean pillow than the four pillows with mixed cleanliness. There was also some long hairs that belonged to a different ethnicity from me in the bed the first night, which was quite an unpleasant surprise.
