Stayed here to attend a wedding outside of Auch. Other guests rooms were fine, ours on the other hand should not have been open to allow people to stay in it. The skirting boards were coming off the wall due to damp, the carpet along the side of the bed was soaking wet, skirting boards opposite the bed also had water between them and the wall. The smell of the room was revolting, it smelt like a dirty, damp public toilet combined with old socks. The floor outside the bathroom was lifting off the ground and had some sort of slushy glue and water seeping out of it and every time you stepped on the floor the glue/water would squish out the gaps in the floor boards. Showed a staff member this. On check out I was advised that the room would then be closed off, but it was okay for us to stay there for three nights with the room in that condition. Voiced the issue to a staff member on the first morning we were there, but nothing happened. The room was pretty horrendous. I think its ok to stay there if you just need a bed or a pit stop. Staff were friendly/nice.
