The room was comfortable for family with young children. Nice, clean and comfortable. Good amenities with rituals soaps and play area for children. Staffs are excellent and so friendly. The location is good, not far from the town and train. The problem was noise from window at night and room was a bit too warm even the window opened.

The room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

I arrived at 11 PM. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient; I just entered my name to find my booking. The room was clean, and although it wasn't large, the shower and toilet were separate, which was excellent for the price.

The location is perfect but even if it looks renovated, the floor creaks when you walk. You can tell its old. Bad smell coming from the bathroom. The bed is not inviting for a rest and cn hear all the noise  not just from the outside but from all the adjacent rooms.

The location is absolutely 100% perfect. It’s right opposite the train station. It has an elevator. It’s also new. It looks like it’s been renovated. I think the biggest drawback is that the service attitude is really bad. When I stored my luggage, there was no space. I could only store it behind the bar in the restaurant on the first floor. The waiters were the front desk staff. I found it very confusing...

I was well received at the reception. But the cleanliness needs to be reviewed... There were marks on the walls, on the curtains, the dust under the bed is not removed... the shower door seal does not close... Otherwise the position of the hotel is very good opposite the station, on the other hand remember to reserve a parking space because it is not included in the reservation!

There are quite a few hotels like this in this area. The restaurant is on the lower floor, and you check in and out there. When there was no one at the counter, an older woman eating there told me what to do. The building is old, so it has been repaired very nicely. I don't know what they really think, but they were very cheerful.

This hotel is very close to Lille Flandres station. It is very convenient if you need to catch the train early. The price is very affordable and the room is not too small. It is also very clean. They provide breakfast which is quiet good for a French hotel.

Location is amazing. Train station is 1 minute away. City center is about 10 minutes walk. View is also very nice. The staff is great. The room is very tidy, cozy and comfortable and it has everything you could need. There's no elevator so that may be an issue for those with a lot of laguage and / or heavy laguage. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. No lift so had to climb 23/25 stairs to get to reception. The man in reception was nice the room was clean the toilet was really small and shower was not accessible. While the gentleman was nice I wouldn’t stay here again.

No fresh bedding or towels during my entire stay. Although the bed was made every day, the sheets were not changed for 5 days, nor were the towels.

As far as 3 star hotels go, this is one of the best I've stayed in. Convenient location, everything as described. Only potential issue is the stairs are extremely narrow and there's no lift. Wasn't a problem for me, but definitely could be for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment was just amazing. Funky, stylish and clean. A perfect base for some Lille exploring. Accessible from the train station and an easy wander into the old town. The hosts were lovely too. Very accommodating and friendly.

Even better than expected, very clean and quiet Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were lucky to find a parking slot just outside, free of charge. The property is very clean, the room was aswell. The owners are very friendly and ready to help. The area, close to the beach, is one of the best in the Dunkerque area. I just miss the possibility to get a herbal tea or coffee in the common area.

We stopped at Dunkirk last minute on our trip to Europe from the United States. The hotel is walking distance from bars, bus stops, casino, and beach. The man at the front counter was very helpful, spoke English and gave us tips on how and where to go in the city. Room/hotel was very quiet at night and breakfast is available in the morning.

Struggled to find anywhere in the vicinity. I have used a Brit Hotel before which appeared to be an old Confort Hotel. This is directly opposite the Notre Dame church. Easy walking to the city centre. It’s 2* so it’s not a Mercury or Novotel but it was clean and convenient. Price was good.

The garden is delightful in summer, ita right across form the beautiful cathedral, and the extensive range of the services are 24hours. The hostel was good. Nice kitchen, nice breakfast area, good breakfast. I liked the strong coffee at breakfast, but the young woman who worked at 12 December, made horrible weak coffee at breakfast. Also in the expresso machine she made bad weak coffee, not like the other colleagues. Lille is a beautiful city for a city trip, especially around Christmas.

The hotel is across from the train station and a cinema with a lot of places around to eat and have a drink. It can be noisy in the morning when freight trains pass but if you're sound asleep, you'll probably won't even notice it. There's no parking of the hotel but you can park for free on the street during night time or for free on the train station parking lot.

Room smelt of chips maybe from the restaurant downstairs but for a family room it was really well laid out with a double bed and a screen door between this and 2 single beds. Loved our stay. Sure, the floors are a bit crooked and noise travels quite a lot through the rooms. but hey, what can you expect from a genuine 500 year old place? The entire place breathes history and the room we had was actually quite spacious. Staff was also nice. Just come here with the right mindset. This is a delightful old inn with an excellent restaurant. Parking in the spaces outside the hotel was free on Sunday until 9am Monday. Downside was we were told their Wi-Fi did not work on iPhones and the shower attachment did not work properly in room 1
