The location is perfect! It is just a 3-minute walk to the Cannes Train station and to the Festival de Cannes' Grand Lumiere and other cinemas. Restaurants and Shopping areas are all walking distance that will not hurt your feet.
The hospitable staffs are very friendly and you will be assisted with a smile (rare in France).
The room where I stayed is clean and it fits a solo traveller like me. Although my direct view are the roofs of the neighboring buildings, the room is calm and luminous with queen bed, aircondition, mini refrigerator, a big mirror just before you leave the door is an essential decor of the room.
Located very close to the beach ⛱️ and other attractions.
Room was small, but comfy. Breakfast is good, but I would add some vegetables as well as boiled eggs 🥚
