Great stay. Room was spacious. The location is great, near to the port, Christmas markets and sites. Only suggestion is to provide clearer instructions to the parking as they do not have any within their property. We took a while to find parking and a location to offload the luggages.

The hotel is located in the heart of old town and next to Metro Station that is only two stops next to Marceille St. Chart.
The room is very big, and equiped with all necessary items. What I like the most in the hotel room are L’Occitane bath gel, shampoo, lotion with very charming smell.

The location is fantastic but the service attitude of the receptionists and workers in the hotel were not friendly.

The location is excellent, right next to the subway station!

The breakfast looked good, but because we were in a rush in the morning, they didn't provide breakfast bags, so we just grabbed a few pieces of bread.

We stayed in a four-person room, with the beds facing each other, and only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient!

The hotel location and the room itself were okay, very close to the Old Port. Parking is available in the Indigo underground parking lot near the hotel, which is relatively safe. The elevator was broken the day we checked in, but they still gave us a room on the 5th floor. One floor there is equivalent to 1.5 floors in China. The worst part was that when we finished breakfast and wanted to leave, the receptionist told us to carry it ourselves. I told her it was too heavy and we couldn't carry it, and that they had promised to help us carry it down. She said we had no choice but to carry it ourselves. I was furious and asked for her employee number, but she wouldn't give it to me. So I took a picture of her, and she immediately found someone to help us carry it. I won't upload the photo, but based on this alone, the service gets a 0/0.

This is a place located next to the beautiful view port of Marseille. It was a bit disappointing that I was assigned a view of the cathedral wall because I checked in late, but the room itself was clean and suitable for staying alone.
