I don’t even know where to start.
First the lady at the reception not to even mention, Called the room at 11:59 AM talking like I owe her something telling me You need to leave the room at 12:00 PM.
The rooms we were given was so small that you can’t even change pants in the Bathroom and only 1 person fits there, Bathroom door handle broken, Hair dryer Turns off after 15 Second use you need to wait the the machine to cool down. AC Not functional. Closet and floor side Wood broken, Room door is from a million years ago. Staff helpful team but some of them give you attitude.
Shower Halfway not working to switch, Water getting stuck and ran out all the way to the room carpet.
Was told we can’t switch your room for the night we are fully booked.
The lady at the reception told us don’t let your dog to just walk around the hotel without Dog leash, I can just go on, This is certainly not Best Western Minimum Standard.
This hotel needs urgent Renovation like yesterday.
Was the first and last time staying there.

We're regulars at this hotel, but unfortunately, we got a rather outdated room this time. So, a bit disappointed, but the prices are still more than reasonable.

Lovely welcome, was offered an upgrade as well. It is a pity I didn't have the time to thoroughly enjoy as late arrival and early departure!

Good Hotel in an excellent location for the railway station and main shipping area, although a good walk from the sea front the walk to the front was doable.
Service was fine, the room could have been cleaner eg. Skirting boards and lamp needed a good dusting as well as the wall above the tv. Bathroom was clean and towels changed daily which was excellent.
Breakfast was good although you needed to be early for the best selection as fruit etc. was not replenished after 9:30am
Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Good location near railway station, clean and comfortable, walls a little thin , can hear other room ,room a little small , tap on sink badly placed on the side . Staff very friendly and helpful , bigger cases storage area needed .
