This is a good location just in front of the train station. It would be great if they allow a late check out for free like other hotels do

The location is great and the staff are wonderful. I hate the fact that you can hear the noise from the next room, but they always take care of it.

The hotel is a 3min walk from Nice train station. The room and toilet is clean, and spacious. Suitable for families with kids.

This place was just what we needed. I’d have given it more stars but the bed I slept on was lumpy and a bit hard for me. My boys were very happy though!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was funky and fun, and although the construction noise was present and really wasn’t a big deal - and I’m a light sleeper.

I bet if you are taller the room we stay in might be a bit tough to handle but we loved it. Oh, and the shower was fantastic. Never ran out of hot water and great pressure.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel (July 10-14). First I booked a room on Booking, but at the day of arriving they canceled my reservation. When we arrived to the hotel the lady said that's there is no reservation on my name, after she corrected that my reservation was canceled by them, because of credit card unauthorized. But we got our room, for that price what was on booking, we paid extra 50€ by card as a deposit. (They refunded it after the checkout in an hour.) The room was good, there were everything what they have written on booking. The breakfasts was a bit boring, everyday we got coffee/tee, croissant or pain u chocolate, and one bottle of juice. There was no other choice, but it was enough for 5€.
The staff was friendly, and they also cleaned our room once during our stayment.

There were yellow stains on the bedsheet and holes in another bedsheet. The window of our room was so small that even having it open all night didn't bring any fresh air, so I imagine that in plain summer it must be a nightmare. There was also a really unpleasant smell in the room. The very small bathroom doesn't have any ventilation. There is some building work going on in front of the hotel, which went on until after midnight on a Friday night and was incredibly noisy. Even with earplugs, it was impossible to sleep! And there's no fly screens on the window, so we had some mosquitoes visiting. So either you can't sleep because of the mosquitoes, or the noise, or because you're sweating like crazy because you have to completely cover yourself with the blanket that was way too warm for the season (especially considering the window doesn't bring any cold air) in order to not get stung by mosquitoes. Or most probably a combination of all three. Would definitely not recommend.

The location of the hotel is very convenient.
It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Nice train station.
There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel.
Restaurants, light rail station!
The bed in the room is clean and comfortable.
The hotel staff are very polite!

Hotel is located right across from the Nice train station and the only saving grace. Service and rooms are mediocre and they put a hold on my CC for $50 'that will be refunded after the staff makes sure everything was okay in the room after the stay.' Small room with inadequate facilities and barely any comfort or convenience items. There is balcony with chair and table which was a nice touch.

Hotel is close to all major conveniences including tons of restaurants and shopping plus walking distance to the Nice shoreline.
