Rouen Cathedral is right next to it, very magnificent. It is convenient to every attraction, you can go to the morning market, the town hall, the Jeanne d'Arc Tower and the Memorial Hall, and the ancient clock.

A very comfortable, conveniently located hotel. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The black and red decor in the lobby is a bit strident and navigating the hallways and the elevators is a bit tricky. I think that they should try to make the public areas more welcoming. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is good, facing the harbor and very close to the church. However, the sea-view room they were given was on a low floor, which didn't meet their initial requirements. I wonder if this is related to the price on Ctrip.

The Hilton Garden Inn features classic decor, with rooms facing the ocean. When we arrived in the afternoon, the room was bathed in sunlight. We could watch the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. There was also a small balcony, and the service was good.

The hotel is not far from the train station, accessible by the AB tram. Located on the harbor, it's not far from the art gallery and cathedral. Some of the sea view rooms I booked were in a good location, but unfortunately, due to weather and tides, I couldn't see the sunset. The rooms are spacious, have balconies, separate wet and dry areas, and are clean and sanitary.

Good night spent here. Very comfortable staff excellent. Restaurant evening was not good. The meat tasted burnt and the garlic mash was cold and missing the garlic. I do have to say the breakfast was excellent.

The only part of this stay that merits a positive note is the front desk staff. We were checked in very quickly and greeted with warmth and smiles. We were in a room that faced an inner parking lot and is most likely a service dock/delivery area. While large enough, it was not fresh, inviting or particularly clean. This Mercure hotel was full of surprises, more pleasant than not overall. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The facilities are excellent, the location is great, and it's very convenient to get to by train. The hotel's front desk service is also exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the restaurant's dishes are very unique.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is excellent, the environment is nice, and the rooms are quite large for a European hotel. The breakfast is Western-style, and there are mostly Europeans and Americans staying here. It would be even better if there were a swimming pool.

We had a wonderful pre-cruise stay at Mercure Le Havre Centre! Great location! We arrived from Paris via train and the hotel was a short walk (10 minutes with 2 large luggage) from the station. On the day of embarkation, we walked to the the cruise terminal (20 minutes on a beautiful sunny day!) The staff was absolutely Super! The room was clean and spacious as well as the bathroom! The service was very good. It was windy and cold. I said it was too cold, so they sent me a heater and added two sheets. The surrounding scenery was very good, with seagulls flying in front of me and the sunset glowing brilliantly.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was close to the city center. The downside was that the room was incredibly small, with tiny windows and a poor view. There was also a side beam on one side of the bed, which kicked my foot while I slept, causing considerable pain. I suggest downgrading the hotel from 4 stars to 3 stars, so expectations...

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel: freshly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, tea station. 24-hour reception, friendly and helpful staff. The historical center is about 10 minutes walk away. The only small minus is the entrance to the hotel under the overpass, as well as the view of it from the window. The noise from the cars is almost inaudible - the windows are well insulated.

Excellent breakfast! Lots of variety, everything was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the parking. One could pay 11 euros a night for underground parking or find a spot on the street for free. Street parking was a bit of a challenge however we did find a spot.

Area was quiet with the metro nearby to take you to the heart of the city. Property was nice, clean and breakfast was good. Affordable underground secure parking. Great stay but there is little in the neighborhood to walk to for dining.

Due to allergies, the carpet in the room gave us a hard time during our night. But the manager is exceptional and super kind. She has passion for her job.

Internet non-existant at times and annoying having to log on all the time. Woman said there were too many people staying for the internet to work well!

The loo would not stop filling, we had to use the manual over ride. The hot water took ages to reach the room. Because of this other guests had clearly got frustrated with the shower control, and had turned it so often it did not work. Result is a very hot shower. Wonderful hotel! Fantastic staff!! Bruce, Louise and Collette were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. We were close to sites and delicious restaurants. I highly recommend the Hotel Literaire Gustave Flaubert.

The staff is is helpful, generous and kind. Dinner suggestions given. The young lady in the breakfast room so very helpful. Rooms, clean, small, but easy to navigate. The most interesting experience, a car elevator. We will return.

Great hotel next to the train station, but the area is quiet and clean despite such a neighborhood. Excellent breakfasts with a decent selection of dishes, the hotel has a very nice design, the room and breakfast room have everything you need: cold and hot water, bath accessories.

Nice hotel, everything was fine and accurate. The location is in front the main train station so the street is very noisy and dirty.

The hotel is located in front of the station, which is very convenient. We had a lot of luggage, but they assigned us a room with few steps, which was helpful. The reception staff were very helpful, even opening our wine bottles for us.

Best Western is a reliable chain hotel. Located next to Rouen Rail Station makes it a must to stay and it is central, walking distance to downtown. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again.

Very appreciated stay at the hostel. The location is great, allowing a smooth holiday in Rouen. The minuses would be the sound-insulation (could hear our room-neighbours) as well as the size of some rooms

The big step up - and more importantly down- in and out of the shower might be challenging for some when the stone floor and step are so wet, (the curtain hardly contained the spray). The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful with practical information about parking, etc. There was a lot of construction outside our window on the weekdays, but the noise was obviously not the hotel’s fault...

Very quaint property in good location with easy access to public transport and the port area. Great bakery close by. Strongly suggest that they install a handrail in the shower as it is difficult to get in and out of and difficult if you have age and mobility issues.

Great stay as a stop off on journey south. Well located from main roads. Very accommodating for the disabled members of our group - easy wheelchair access, disabled parking, really conscientious staff. Breakfast is good but quite busy, but we got a space ok.

The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The reception area has a modern and clean design, which gives a great first impression upon arrival. Everything worked well during our stay. This was the second time we stayed there. Bonus: the breakfast baguette was always fresh and delicious!

Loved this hotel, clean rooms, easy to get into the city centre, by bus or taxi. Lots of amenities and outside areas to sit. Parking is only €6 euro per night. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast, would stay again if ever visiting Rouen.

The hotel was nice - super nice check in and the guy behind the counter was very helpful with advice and recommendations. The breakfast was nice too. Only minus was the parking under the hotel. As guests at the hotel the parking should be discounted or without charge when staying at the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great staff and breakfast is provided. Just be careful with the shower. It has a half door so water can spray on the floor.

Le harve was very cold when we arrived and the hotel provided much warmth and comfort. Hotel was Holiday Inn express but changed name to B&B when we arrived. But other than name change, staff are very helpful amd breakfast is very decent. Took a day trip to etretat and that was wonderful!!!

Walking to vibrant night life and attractions. Hard to find parking and entrance to building. Had to call and they explained how to access private parking. All was well after that.

Property was nice and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. However, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the water drain would clog, leading to water getting out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. Toilet could have been cleaner and fresher. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Very well located, with helpful staff and a lobby that kinda resembles a hostel but in a good way, in the sense that it has some fun little games available and a chill atmosphere. One point for improvement would be the TVs in the rooms: they are a bit old, make it impossible to use any streaming services.

Conveniently located, very good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful stuff. The kettle in my room caused a short circuit. Not only did they respond immediately to restore the power but also replaced the appliance at the middle of the night.
