Great hotel, excellent service, enjoyed our time very comfortable and clean.

Nearby is the shopping mall, convenient. But there is not enough parking space, so I have to park elsewhere.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The view from the hotel balcony is beautiful. The check-in at the front desk is very unique and friendly. It was a good choice for us on a business trip for one day.

Stayed at Hilton in Le Havre, had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, spacious and the staff were very hospitable. What a nice surprise when you walk into your room and see some mini pastries welcoming you! And there on the bed is a robe and a pair of slippers! This hotel treats you like royalty in its service. The view from our room is shown in the photo of all the boats docked, and the sunsets are lovely ! If you happen to eat dinner in the evening, try the crème brûlée—it’s the best ever! Very good located hotel, we had an upgraded room with view over harbour ànd sea. Very clean, and nice bathroom. Breakfast more than ok, omelette wait on request was good tasting and more than enough. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave good information on the city and sightings.

The hotel is a few steps away from the train station and the old town. The Jeanne d'Arc Tower, the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, and the Cathedral Museum are all within easy reach. The hotel's affiliated bar may sometimes knock on the door of the room in the afternoon to offer drinks, cheese, marshmallows, etc. I encountered this once during my 2-night stay. The standard room I booked has either a shower or a bathtub. If you want a bathtub, please make a note when booking. The service is excellent. The point is that when we came back from Etretat, the train was delayed. The time we originally planned to pick up our luggage at the hotel became 10 minutes, and SNCF refused to reschedule. Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

Clean and ok parking a nightmare

Location is not in the nicest part of town but short walk to main area. However was good for us as they had parking and was close to highways. Room is small but efficient. Would be good if there was a kettle for morning drinks. Clean and bed was comfortable. They were able to accommodate a slight change from 2 twin beds to a queen. Room was quiet.

The property needs attention to some in room details. Our room had a completely non-functional air conditioning unit and it took me a lot to convince the reception to come up and understand the issue before entertaining their suggestions of keeping windows open! Great place to stay a few nights to visit the northern parts of the region. Free parking and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful when I showed up at 11 am taking care of me. Most hotels will have you go anyplace else to wait until check-in.

For the price- it’s good. We opted to have the breakfast- I don’t suggest you to have it though. It was overpriced and the food was quite bad honestly. Hotel is simple, small and quite. Room is not so big, but accurate. Bathroom can be better, piping is too old, and toilet bowl is shaking a little. Location od the hotel is nice, not far to everything you can visit in Le Havre. Only dark curtains are too short to create some privacy in your room, as there is view on the street. For the rest it's a place that you may stay in for very reasonable price

Looks quite shabby from the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean, gated parking lot and just about three minute drive to the city center. Good sleep over destination if you're visiting the city by car.

A very warm welcome at that cosy hotel located at the heart of the medieval city of Rouen, only a few yards away from where Joan of Arc was burnt alive... Comfort and silence in that traditional Inn where the staff will do anything to please patrons' requests and meet their every needs. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!!

We stayed for a night only Staff - friendly and helpful , Room - clean and comfortable. Breakfast - for €5 is value for money. They baked their iwn croissants. Abd there is a secure parking for our motorbike for €3 . Overall - great place to stay.

Cheap and nice well situated hotel

well-placed and very nice owners to this hotel without fuss. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. On the other hand, very bad soundproofing, the single glazing lets in outside noise and inside it is not better. the place is quiet so the noise is limited fortunately. A convenient hotel for a stopover.
