We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking. Great rock beach with cleanest water in whole Adjara. Great view on mountains. I personally drove every day from Batumi to Sarpi just for that water.

water is CLEAANNN, it is very transparent and enjoyable to swim. only downside is that not many young people hang around there...

The sea is more clear relatively to Batumi because no rivers are near Sarpi. But there is lack of other attractions here.

Calm and clean area but far from center

It's a very nice place with central location. Easy to get around, there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel where you can take a bus every 10 to 15 minutes to the city center. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They give you a lot of touristical information about where to go sightseeing and what to eat. The rooms are clean and peaceful. We had a very nice week there.

Great and very friendly little hotel, away from the crowds, yet within easy walking distance to the old town and the boulevard. The owner George is a very sunny and outgoing person and made me feel welcome from the start. Good value for money.

Great little hotel located close to the bus station in Batumi. The rooms are clean and come with balconies. While the place about a five-seven minute walk from the center of town, there is a supermarket very close and the hotel itself sells beer and other refreshments.

Not bad service, except 1) the lady was not using earphones while my afternoon nap, so i had to ask her to do so 2) she was spending way to much inside of the flat, in the corridor. Very nice hostel in a fabulous location. Everything is easily accessible from this place. Good sized room with its own little kitchen and fridge. Clean, warm bed linen. Helpful and friendly multilingual staff on hand. WC and shower is across the courtyard. This could be awkward in the rain but we survive these little nuances.

The location of the hostel is perfect. It is very close to two amazing parks and beach. You can walk less than 8 mins to get to either park. You also can walk less 5 minutes to KFC and Mcdonlas. Location is everything! In the core of old town, so close too many sights. Rooms are specious and clean. They don't have shower gel, but this was not disturb me that much. Parking is possible to find in the area for free, but it depends if you are lucky. We stayed 2 nights, and parked car once 50 meters from the apartment and other 3 times about 300-350 meters from it. But that is how it works in Batumi...

Strategic location with spacious yet quiet room right in the heart of the city. The owner was helpful and kind enough to let us leave our luggage for some hours to roam the city. Limited communication in English though. The only cons I may leave here is the standard of cleanliness of the bathroom.

I've been to many places in Batumi, but this one has been the first where I felt at home. It's in a nice quarter, the rooms are spacious, room 22 has a beautiful balcony, room 23 is beautiful, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need,you have a washing machine and a beautiful view out of the windows, the atmosphere is familiar and peaceful.
