If you're planning on renting the entire floor, you'll be comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms opening onto the living room and kitchen. Parking for 4 cars is available on-site. The porch and kitchen have excellent sea views. The house is clean. The beds are comfortable, but short.

We rented one room, and it was a negative experience.

The booking page said the bathroom was private, but it's separate from the bedroom, so you can't go in there naked. There's also nothing stopping other guests from going there.

It says the room has air conditioning, but there's only one unit for the entire house, in the living room. There's no remote control. You can rent a remote control for a fee—a scam. The house was so hot and humid that it was impossible to sleep; we were drenched in sweat. They also didn't offer a fan.

It's very noisy outside—there's construction in the morning and dogs at night. Cars drove under our window at night, which was also a nuisance. But it was impossible to close the window because of the heat.

The landlady is very frugal with electricity. She kept running after us, asking us to turn off the lights. It was night, and we were walking from our room to the kitchen in the dark, afraid of falling. Even the laptop power adapter was a source of complaint.

There's WiFi, but it only works properly in the kitchen. It's impossible to work from the room in the morning.

There's a washing machine in the house, but we weren't offered one either.

There's no trash can in the kitchen. There's only one small bucket on the terrace, where all guests are required to throw their trash. We only found it upon checkout.

The landlady is completely on guard with guests. She'll watch you turn on the lights, walk around, and go to bed. She'll check what you eat and what you throw away. If you write a negative review, you'll be pestered for days with requests to delete it, threats, and attempts to evoke pity. It's very unpleasant. If it weren't for the owner's insistence on deleting the review from Booking, I would have given it a 2 or 3, since the house itself isn't as terrible as its owners.
