Royal Medis Hotel in Batumi

It doesn't match the description on the sales website! This isn't a hotel, but apartments in a very intimidating, huge, multi-story high-rise building! The view is of a construction site, and the builders will definitely wave you off. The balcony door doesn't close with barbed wire, and there's free access to the neighbors! Guests have to move chairs and sofas to protect their belongings in the room. The plumbing in our room didn't work at all; we had to pull the shower head into the toilet to flush. The wardrobe wouldn't open or close. The rooftop terrace is empty and doesn't have tables or chairs, as advertised in the advertising photo. The owner, Marie, accused us of being loud, which is certainly unusual on vacation. And what's more, her schedule includes a fake 5-liter bottle of whiskey filled with syrup; all the guests know about this fake thing! To give us credit, she kindly offered us another room, but our mood was already spoiled, so we booked another hotel and checked out. It would be entirely fair to refund us for the days we didn't stay there! Marie left with a very unpleasant aftertaste! I hope you'll refund my money for the three nights, and I'll delete my comment. I'm writing this because you blocked me and my husband. This isn't strange behavior from a hospitable Georgian woman. Please return the money. Maria's mother is very nice, and Mzeo is a wonderful hostess; however, Marie prefers to block guests to avoid refunds.

The staff are rude and behave like teenagers. The reception was unattended most of the time. I wish I never stayed.
