One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Right by the sea. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem. A great place to spend time in Georgia without getting caught in Batumi traffic when coming from Türkiye.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty). The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent.

I liked the cafe on the beach, we've been there 3 times. The waitress was always very friendly and quick. Schashlik, kebab, pasta carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are a must-try. Pkhali, vegetable salad and eggplant salad were quite big and good too. The kharcho soup was bland. The fried trout and dumplings were just OK. There is a takeaway option without the 15% tip.

Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, the air conditioning works well, as soon as you leave the hotel courtyard you immediately find yourself on the beach, under the hotel there is a good restaurant with reasonable prices and good service, excellent option for a family vacation. The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel. The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

Great view, big rooms and balconies, friendly service. They provide free transfer from airport and train station. Convenience stores are around the corner. But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water.

Kvariati is one of the best places to stay on the Black Sea coast. The resort is located near Batumi and has a special climate. Mountains on one side, sea on the other. The water is crystal clear, the shore is stone, cozy. Recommend for vacation

One of the best accomodation we've ever been to! Lovely hosts, amazing swimming pool, fresh and regional food, delicious local wine and incredible view for Black Sea and green hills :)

Views from this hotel are amazing, and food is also okay, however rooms are quite medium, there is no lift and you need to climb stairs, which would be okay, but when its raining there is no cover and till you get till the top floor you are soaking wet. Restaurant prices are also quite expensive for the food quality they offer

An amazing combination of price and quality. There's an expensive but perfectly acceptable eatery nearby, pretending to be a restaurant, although the hotel itself doesn't serve beer (maybe 2025, but the space is adequate, and a bar by the pool is just begging to be built). Parking is available. I chose the cheapest way to spend the night in Kvariati on Booking.com, and my room had a shower and toilet...

The hotel is beautiful and the view is astonishing from the mountain to the sea . The staff are friendly and in general it's perfect for families and single traveler . The only thing I do not like is the road to the hotel. It's up the mountain and the road is very narrow and not paved.

Knocked out rooms, noise under the windows, the service was generally absent. The coolest thing here is the view from the balcony! On this, perhaps, everything.

The hotel is in a very good location - the beach, shops, restaurants, currency exchange, fruit/vegetable street stalls are a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean and tidy, slippers, bathrobes, toiletries (toothpaste and brush, shampoo, shower gels) are provided. Breakfast = varied and delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

Well, a 3-star hotel pulls. Small rooms with almost no wi-fi. In one room there was a terrible smell of sewerage (they didn’t understand anything from the road), and in the morning they asked us to change our room. There are no beautiful views from the windows. I have been stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is good near the beach but It has no View to sea. Clean hotel, Staff are so polit and responsible against guests. Breakfast is not good for Iranian.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

Normal location. Reception is not from street side and it's on the second floor. If you do not know, may be will not find.

Localization is a Little bit far from the center but rooms and service are ok. Breakfast could have more veggies and coffe was not so good but in general our stay was ok.

Did not like. Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows. The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room.
