We were here for a week. The rooms are nice and spacious and the people are warm! I can recommend this guest house!

The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel. The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

Great view, big rooms and balconies, friendly service. They provide free transfer from airport and train station. Convenience stores are around the corner. But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water.

Kvariati is one of the best places to stay on the Black Sea coast. The resort is located near Batumi and has a special climate. Mountains on one side, sea on the other. The water is crystal clear, the shore is stone, cozy. Recommend for vacation

One of the best accomodation we've ever been to! Lovely hosts, amazing swimming pool, fresh and regional food, delicious local wine and incredible view for Black Sea and green hills :)

Views from this hotel are amazing, and food is also okay, however rooms are quite medium, there is no lift and you need to climb stairs, which would be okay, but when its raining there is no cover and till you get till the top floor you are soaking wet. Restaurant prices are also quite expensive for the food quality they offer

a good and clean place with a nice view. far from the tourism places you must see in batumi but a calm and quiet environment. the only negative point is the lift of the hotel, its capacity is only 4 and for a 9 floor hotel, you must wait a lot to go up or down!

A lot of stars, the place is clearly going through hard times. The Breakfast is very modest , the room door creaked, there was not hangers for clothes, shower gel in the shower, next to the hotel and casino have been of a suspicious person. Back in our room had no Windows, but it's just fine. Nuts in the mini bar are delicious, generally minibars picked up perfectly.

Well, a 3-star hotel pulls. Small rooms with almost no wi-fi. In one room there was a terrible smell of sewerage (they didn’t understand anything from the road), and in the morning they asked us to change our room. There are no beautiful views from the windows. I have been stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is good near the beach but It has no View to sea. Clean hotel, Staff are so polit and responsible against guests. Breakfast is not good for Iranian.

The hotel is clean but there is nothing to do. It was just a place to sleep. Its 4 stars but you will feel its less than that. The balcony is not safe for kids.

The hotel is located in a heavily built-up part of the city, i.e. around the many buildings, broken roads and mud in rainy weather. Also in this hotel there is a night club, where working women of the oldest profession from all neighboring countries (but for Batumi is not the place) that is very popular among citizens of Turkey. Very kind staff, 10 minutes to beach ,I was satisfied totally ,but the restaurant needs more care and more staff too slow service and not very tasty food.

A bit far from the center, the value for money is just perfect. There are breakfasts, inexpensive and late, buckwheat and vegetables and cheese.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

A spacious room, a full-fledged separate bed for a child, and not a folding bed as we were offered in ORBI. Breakfasts for a fee, inexpensive and very satisfying.
