A really great hotel indeed. It has huge rooms definitely fit for more than the people assigned to it. A balcony with a view of the Black sea. And if you don't want to go to the sea there is a big pool downstairs. The breakfast was OK. Definitely not as good as the rooms but acceptable.

I like hotel very much, staff was very kind. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Restaurant food was not bad. Prices are too hight. Maid didn’t clean toilet properly. I recommend this hotel.

The best hotel in the village of Kvariati in Georgia. The water on the beach is very clean, which cannot be said about Batumi !! The hotel has its own restaurant by the sea. The menu is national. Live music. Friendly staff. Everything is super !! Were in 2017 in the summer with a child. We really enjoyed.

Quiet and VERY close from the airport. It’s a 5 minute walk distance from the airport. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

For holiday we stayed one night in Cozy Loft. Its veryansın close to airport and nearby on mainroad. New nd well decorated hotel. Rooms clean and everything was good, staff and service was good. I have only one suggestion, generally Turkish people use that hotel and you can add some breakfast options for us. Except that price and performance was top level.

The location is really good, can’t be closer to the airport as it is. It was quite new hotel. There was a broken glass fence at the balcony, so I am not really sure if there were any safety issues. But not too bad all together. The room was quite nice. Very young staff, not much interested to help more than essential. Next time we would book something different.

We had a very good experience at the Ibis Styles in Batumi. The building has a proper gym, which is very well equipped, and entry is free for hotel guests. On the first floor, there's free billiards and table tennis available. The rooms are quite okay.

A wonderful hotel overlooking the sea, close to the Corniche and the Boulevard, and surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. It has a restaurant, a gym, and a children's games section. The reception is beautiful, and I thank the employees Maria and Lana for their good treatment and elegant style.

Our experience in ibis style was very nice, the location of the hotel is close to the city center, in addition to the excellent reception. We thank Maryam at the reception for the wonderful help in everything, in communicating in Arabic, and the kind treatment. The only bad thing is that there is no room service.

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival. One of our best experiences in Batumi.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, super clean, and most importantly the employees specially the reception worker Misha, he was so supportive, kind and good listner. He welcomed us helped us and made our stay so convenient.

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs. In the shower one of the tiles was loose...

Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service.But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. But overall, excellent room, very happy with our stay.

Good value for money. Not exquisite high-end property, but Service is good. What is most important, room was neat, reception was 24/7. Amenities were provided, that was nice addition.

Rooms are great, clean with lots of space. However outside not so great, no parking, need to park on street, is a busy area so good luck with that. It's 10min walk from beach, lots of supermarkets about. Reception seemed very confused, in the 2 booking we had for 2 rooms, the prepaid one they had no record of payment, the other booking they charged us 2x the amount on confirmation. I'm pretty sure...

The location and the price was pretty good. However, we were there in Novemer so it was a little bit cold. First night the water was warm as well as heaters. The other two nights not. When we asked for help at the reception desk there was a language barrier and they told us “no more blankets” - we had only 1 for 5 people. The water we had to fixed ourselves.

Pretty ok for the price and the location it was in. The good: fast check in and check out. Bed was comfortable, the place was pretty quiet for a condominium and a busy street below. Air conditioning works great. It's not so far from the boulevard, shops and some good restaurants (although these dont seem to be plenty in Batumi). The not so great: There's no dedicated parking. There are various shops near the hotel, which is convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to various places. I also recommend the Tangerine Cafe below the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, which was nice. The elevator was slow to arrive.

The room was clean and comfortable. I specially liked the views, the sofa to look at the window and the carpet. It was a bit hard to find because the reception is actually the tangerine cafe, not an independent one at the other side of the building as it says in maps.

We were accommodated in a sea-view apartment on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, they're very helpful, and they even offered to help us buy train tickets to Tbilisi! We didn't have meals, so we ate breakfast wherever we could, including downstairs. The staff was equally friendly and helpful. There's also a great cafe in the building next door. The elevators are efficient...

The hotel itself is a restaurant, and the food was quite good. Breakfast was a set menu, and we tried everything – it was all delicious. The apartments are upstairs; the family rooms have a kitchen and washing machine, which is very convenient. It's just a short walk to bus routes 1 and 10, the beach isn't far either, and there's a mall right outside. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

The owner of the business was very interested in everything and was very helpful. The room was spotless. Everything was at a very high level for the price we paid. Thank you for everything. You can stay with peace of mind.

I really liked the equipment, everything was new, the room had a number, everything necessary (towels, robes, accessories, a kettle, etc.). The administrator is a very handsome man who greeted me warmly and answered all my questions. There is a construction site next to the building, but the double-glazed windows in the room are excellent - I couldn't hear anything. I will definitely stay here again...

To get to the hotel, you need to go around it and enter the door from the courtyard where it says Reception B, and take the elevator up to the 33rd floor. Overall, it is a good option. The staff is very helpful, what I loved most is the masseuse at their SPA named Tico, she has magical hands and treatment is affordable as well, clean room and near to everything Only there was no view but then since I was always outside it did not matter much

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. Not enough pancakes in breakfast, each time they bring out ten units... It's a joke The rooms are big which is good and the food is kosher.
