Very impressed! Large room that is thoughtfully constructed in a modern apartment block.....Very clean, good wi-fi, excellent lighting, kitchen in the room, super shower, very nice owner, quiet, and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop where buses go to central Batumi. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful and spacious place to stay! The building owners are incredibly kind, respectful, and always greet you with a warm smile. If you’re looking for a comfortable apartment, this is definitely the place to choose.

Very clean and comfortable with good facilities and good management; I had a pleasant stay and I'll be back there. I recommend 100% to others, maybe not an ideal location, but cleanliness, free internet, the comfort and behavior of the staff are very valuable and polite. the quality to the price is excellent.
