Pleasant hotel for holiday. In compare to others a little pricy but it worth it because ot staff, cleanness, location, calmness and comfort. Moreover you'll get a tasty breakfast.

Great place Swedish couple who enjoyed 5 wonderful days here at Livada may 2018. Some directional signs on road up mountain missing. Very helpful and friendly staff. Sadly NO Wi-Fi connection in Junior suite

but we were immediately moved to a standard room with connection. Generally weak Wi-Fi around 0,9-0,2 Mbit/s. Very nice breakfast was served specially for us by Beso and Miran on terrace by our room

A 25 min pleasant walk down to the little town with small shops and restaurants. Wake up to peace, quiet and birds chirping

Visited this place 2 years ago (not really sure how it looks like now / March 2019). Away from luxury and what a 5 star hotel could be fancy about, this place is like home and the people working in it are like family

The hostess offers laundry and dishwashing services at no extra charge. She is friendly and tidy, and she helped us with helpful advice and recommendations. The price-quality ratio is excellent

I definitely recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean, with no musty smell (common in subtropical climates). Towels are changed daily, and bed linens are changed twice a week. Room descriptions are accurate

Very clean and comfortable room with mountain view. In the garden, you can pick hazelnuts, have a barbecue or cook dinner in the shared kitchen. Many thanks to the hostess for the comfort

We wandered in by chance, closer to night, looking for the booked apartment, didn’t find it, but found a wonderful guest house, where they took us in out of season, in the middle of the night, helped us with tea and wine, real Georgian hospitality is right here

The amazing place, the house is located in the mountains and you can’t take your eyes of the sea view. The owners are brilliant people. Clean, calm and cozy place. I highly recomend this place for the vacation.

From the balcony of the room you can see the beautiful view. The mountain and the sea air merge with each other and make every breath so pleasant

We lived in a room on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, it was inconvenient to go there with a small child, they asked to move to the 1st floor, there is a shared kitchen for 3 double rooms, the owner agreed only for the same money that we have to pay for a triple room, he did not want to give in, in general, the hosts are uncommunicative, they will never ask if everything is fine with us, maybe we need...

Since 2012, with my family (5 people), every summer we have a rest at the Gold Hotel and are very satisfied with absolutely everything. God willing, this year we will come here for the 8th time

The rooms are normal, the furniture is not old, only the sofa was with a pit, everything hurts uncomfortable to sleep, it’s a little expensive for breakfast 7 GEL, for this money it would be possible to expand the range, or even make it free, on the first day they ordered khinkali for lunch, I’ve never been worse didn’t eat, it’s generally a shame for Georgia to serve such, they were all torn, almost...
