The hotel has a great location, right near the beach, with plenty of convenience stores downstairs. Getting to the airport, train station, and bus station by taxi is very convenient. A friendly reminder: the bus to Tbilisi takes 6-7 hours and only stops once.

The room was small, and the surrounding area was rather chaotic. Overall, this Wyndham hotel was just average. It's also quite far from Batumi's main attractions. It's not good value for money and not worth recommending. Ctrip advertised laundry service, but it's actually chargeable and not self-service.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, there is a luxurious casino in the hotel, the staff could have been nicer, the rooms are purple/pink, good value for the cheap price.

The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor. The rooms are not that clean. When I checked in they told me breakfast was not included although I had added it on the booking. The fitness center and the spa was really amazing.

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.
