The room was clean but not the pool and surrounding. Service was bad, staff wasn’t paying attention to guests and how clean was the standing of the pool. Most of the time towels were missing. The bar by the pool looked like abandoned. Overall price and quality wasn’t matching.

Went there for the first time with friends. To be honest, I didn't expect there would be such a beautiful hotel in the mountains near Batumi! Georgia on one side, Turkey on the second side, and the sea in the middle! The scenery is so beautiful! I really liked their indoor pool and Turkish massage, and I relaxed with friends in the evening! I am really looking forward to going there again next time

The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. touring Georgia as a group of 8 persons stayed at New Wave Batumi for two nights. Check in is smooth , staff at front desk quite polite and helping. Room is quite big giving impression of a suit. whole of third floor is a huge restaurant on one side and swimming pool on other side. bathroom is ok with required toiletries. Nice clean hotel. The view is nothing major to talk about, from one corner room you can partially see the sea and from the other, you can see the sports stadium. At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor. The rooms are not that clean. When I checked in they told me breakfast was not included although I had added it on the booking. The fitness center and the spa was really amazing.

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

Good hotel. I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch. The choice of machines themselves is small, but all the main ones for muscle groups are there. There are usually not many people. I recommend visiting.

The service was excellent; it was the only hotel I felt had good service. It's conveniently located in the old town, making it easy to get around.

The hotel is in a very good location, right near the Batumi Bay, and it is very convenient to go to the beach and visit the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. However, on the last day, since we had to catch the train early, the packed lunch box was a bit too simple.
