Five stars for the restaurant - amazing khachapuri, great breakfasts. It's not very quiet because of the road, but close to the beach. Very friendly hosts.

Cozy and lovely plase with good owners, near the seaside. Place is comfortable and clean every time we visit them.

We were in Kvariati in September 2019. We lived next door, there were no suitable rooms in Badu. They came here to eat. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The menu has everything you need. Welcoming hosts. The cafe is small. While eating, the feeling that we were sitting at the same table with a large Georgian family did not leave.

Was here for a beer and a sunset. Sunset was perfect. Would definitely recommend to stop here to watch it.

Excellent location, friendly owners, very spacious room with comfortable beds and even a bathtub and balcony. It’s a bit of a hidden location, but once found it’s great. Even parking was arranged in a safe spot.

A good option for the average budget. Friendly host and interesting interlocutor, meets with a cool wine of its own production)) The location is very good in the old town of Batumi, 5 minutes to the beach city, the sea, various cafes and restaurants. A little further dolphinarium and water park.

A nice place to relax. Close to the beach, relatively quiet. It was a bit tricky to find the first time. The room is quite small and doesn't have a separate shower, which isn't very comfortable. But otherwise, it's a good place for the price.

Lia Guest House is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay on the coast of Kobuleti. I had a wonderful time here and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to relax. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. The hosts are very welcoming and decent, and they speak Russian. I highly recommend it!

Excellent Guest House! The best I've ever stayed in! Clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and friendly hosts. I stayed for one night, but ended up staying longer. The price was very reasonable, the quality was excellent, and I recommend it to everyone!

An excellent place to live and relax. Great location. The house is equipped with all the necessary household appliances. The house has three rooms. Each is equipped with a bathroom. The room has air conditioning and TV. Very kind and caring hosts. For evening gatherings there is a canopy with a table and benches. We were very pleased with this place.

This place is amazing! Best location in the city. Beach is literally 1 min walk. Shops and restaurants are 1-2 min walk. Rooms are very nice spacious and clean. Owners are extremely polite and accommodating at every level. We stayed at other hotels in the area and this one definitely stands out by a lot. Definitely recommend!!!

A beautiful, cozy house with clean, comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning. A wonderful sea view from the window and balcony. The location is excellent: the house is right on the seafront promenade, a 1-2-minute walk to the beach. The train station and market are nearby. Most importantly, the owners are very welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend this house

Fantastic location : 1 minute to clean beach and beach bars, 3 minutes to supermarket, 10 minutes by frequent minivan or bus to downtown Batumi or to Batumi Botanic Gardens. Since 2012, with my family (5 people), every summer we have a rest at the Gold Hotel and are very satisfied with absolutely everything. God willing, this year we will come here for the 8th time. Excellent cuisine and all the amenities for a family holiday. Very hospitable hosts.

The rooms are normal, the furniture is not old, only the sofa was with a pit, everything hurts uncomfortable to sleep, it’s a little expensive for breakfast 7 GEL, for this money it would be possible to expand the range, or even make it free, on the first day they ordered khinkali for lunch, I’ve never been worse didn’t eat, it’s generally a shame for Georgia to serve such, they were all torn, almost...

We're very grateful to the owners of the house. They're the kindest and most hospitable people! We rented two rooms from them for six nights, and they were very welcoming the entire time, helping us out, even giving us a little food. The rooms are lovely – it's rare to find a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette in the room for such a small fee. We highly recommend them!

Real sincere Georgian hospitality. Very nice hosts. Quite good rooms with the atmosphere of a large home, the room has a kitchen with a stove. The hostess cooks very tasty. The portions are huge!

Very nice place. Compared to others, cozy, quiet. You will enjoy parquet and beautiful furniture in the living rooms. There is a toilet and shower for each room, it is a rarity for Makhinjauri. If you decide to come here, stay at Dato's, you will not regret.

The little houses are wonderful!! Clean and cozy. We're absolutely delighted. It's like living in a dacha. Mandarin trees, flowers, birds singing. I saw kiwis growing for the first time 🥝 😱 The hosts are very welcoming and kind. Kittens live on the property; they had breakfast with us and played with us. Very good accommodation for the price we paid , The owner is very friendly and very nice and hospitable. When we arrived there was issue from our side and the owner reacted in professional way and was very supportive. What an awesome person she is. There is also a Nice garden outside with sitting area and grill We really enjoyed our staying and definitely recommend it.

Very close proximity to the sea. Room cleaning available after request. When we moved in kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen valve was dropping water constantly, toilet was leaking sewage, there was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom because of poor sewage system design. Air conditioner filters were packed with dust, I had to clean it in order for AC to work properly. And worst of all there were...

Lovley owner, nice, renovated rooms with balcony and AC. Very quiet there, you don't hear the big road. In the evening you can sit outside and drink wine.

We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking. Immediately the number seemed good, but then it turned out to be a lot of small uncomfortable details. The room was two-room, there were no mosquito nets on the windows at all, the toilet was leaking somewhere, there was a constant puddle on the floor...

Super place. The owners are very kind people. Brand new hotel with pool. There is a restaurant in the courtyard: delicious food and good wine. Three minutes to the sea. Clear sea, beautiful landscape and quiet village. Rested with a child, everything was very pleasant.

My sister and I came here for a vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel :) It felt like we were visiting family who love us. The food was also delicious. It's also very close to the sea. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, and currency exchange offices nearby. Thank you again for the warm welcome. I recommend it to everyone!

This hotel has comfortable and cozy guest rooms with refrigerators, air conditioners, balconies and bathrooms. They prepare delicious pizza and khachapuri. There is a big beach in front of the hotel for you to be comfortable and cozy...even on the beach 👍👌😊😊😊💖💖💖

Beautiful place. 2 minutes to the beach, the owners are very hospitable, there is a parking place, their dining room will not be cheaper anywhere, the rooms are spacious, everything is there except the TV, but there is no time to watch it if we come next year only here. Recommend.
