Great location right on the beach. The hotel is modest but clean. The service is friendly. The food at the ground-floor restaurant is really tasty (I recommend the eggplant with nuts and the Ajarian khachpuri). Open only during the summer season. It usually closes in mid-September, depending on the weather. I recommend it.

The hotel owners are very nice, they treated us to Georgian cuisine, we treated them to Belarusian cuisine, you can cook there yourself - the cuisine is amazing, the sea is close. Super

We liked everything. We had a great time.

We stayed for five nights. Nino, the host, is very friendly and sociable. It was a pleasure to talk. We booked a room with private bathrooms. The bed linen was fresh and clean. It's about five minutes to the sea, and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The only downside is that you can hear your neighbors. All toiletries are provided. A good option for the price.

A lovely place with welcoming hosts. We had a wonderful, hassle-free stay. The sea is not far away (a 7-10 minute walk), and there's a small park nearby where you can relax in the evenings, away from the hustle and bustle. There's a cafe nearby. A very small nikora is a 3-minute walk away. There's plenty of parking near the house.

The place is really good for the price. I've been during low season and when was snowing. Staff is nice. Kitchen is limit so don't expect to cook too much hehe. For me the only real concern was the hot water, sometimes you had to way to have it and take a shower. It happened to run out of hot water when I was during the shower twice. The entrance was a little bit hard to find, but that's the least of my worries. The host was super friendly, the room was tidy and the appartement itself was very prety as well. We even got a welcome gift when we arrived 🙌🏽

Convenient location, great service. Unfortunately the room we stayed has absolutely no privacy, because the window curtains are too narrow, barely enough to cover half the size of the window. The water heater is also problematic, stopped providing hot water in middle of the shower. It happened twice overnight, and we had to cancel booking and find a different hotel to avoid shower in cold water.

Clean, good wifi, good location just a stones throw away from the promenade, beach, and walkable to most attractions. Lots of food places close by. U have to go through the parking barrier to behind the house to gain entry (can be tricky if you are looking for the place).

The rooms are very clean. The sheets are white and light, perfect during a hot night. The staff is very friendly even if their English isn't very good, they Will do their infinite best to help you out. During our trip to Georgia our plans suddenly changed, and we unexpectedly stayed at White Guesthouse with Lela. We didn’t regret it for a single moment. We've been living here for over a year and plan to stay for an indefinite period. Everything is very convenient and quiet. The hosts are friendly and resolve any issues that arise very quickly, and we've become friends. 15 minutes to the sea, 10-15 minutes to all shops, cafes, and public transportation (buses are $0.10 throughout the city, taxis are $2).

We spent 3 months in winter here and felt very comfortable. The wooden houses in the middle of the green in the middle of the big city are a great oasis to recharge your batteries. After the rest you are fit for the exciting city. Kargat... 😉

Perhaps the best place to stay in Batumi. There are all amenities, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is the hosts who create a unique atmosphere. If you think you know something about hospitality - think again, but better come here right away. And the wonderful hearty and delicious breakfasts deserve special praise.
