The best guest house in Chaqvi, nice view over the sea. Great place, lovely hosting family, great rooms each with couple beds, dressers and tables. Every room has its own bathroom. Definitely recommend this beautiful place ! We spent 2 nights in the clean comfortable spacey room with sea view. The owners are VERY helpful, friendly and made our stay very nice. we stayed in the holiday house for four days and really loved our stay. the house is very modern with just 10 well-equipped rooms with balconies, private bathrooms and AC (which you need in summer since it can get very hot) and a common terrace. It is a reasonable and clean hotel which is located in old Batumi. It is easy peasy going to touristic places on foot. They were so helpful about check-in and check- out time. The only disadvantage is payment method. Just cash is accepted fyi.

Situated within the city limits, the new park on the seashore is a 7-10-minute walk away. It has all the amenities you need: a refrigerator, air conditioning, a washing machine, a bathroom, and Wi-Fi. Parking is also available. The hosts are very welcoming and polite. I stayed twice and loved everything. We were there in July, and the price was reasonable: 100 GEL per night.

A good hotel for the price, everything is perfect. I stayed for one night. The location is perfect, in the center of the old town. You can walk to the main sights. Everything is nearby. The beach is a maximum of 10 minutes' walk. Some might find it a bit noisy, as there are pubs nearby. But I slept well.

The bathroom was the worst; a broken drain flooded the entire floor. Otherwise, the room was okay, clean, though modest. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. The owner was friendly and spoke Russian.

Did not like. Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows. The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room.
