Good hotel, hospitable hosts, pleasant relaxing atmosphere, from the host Soso you can buy both soft drinks and beer on site, there is a cellar with homemade wines and national Georgian chacha, we had a great rest!!!

We had a great vacation with my family, everything was great, most importantly, it was very clean and cozy, thanks a lot to the staff. I want to especially thank Soso and Shushan for their hospitality. I recommend it.

The best guest house in Chaqvi, nice view over the sea. Great place, lovely hosting family, great rooms each with couple beds, dressers and tables. Every room has its own bathroom. Small and beautiful recreational area right next to it. Very close to sea, on a walking distance. Very decent price and lovely atmosphere. Totally recommended

Excellent location, friendly owners, very spacious room with comfortable beds and even a bathtub and balcony. It’s a bit of a hidden location, but once found it’s great. Even parking was arranged in a safe spot.

A good option for the average budget. Friendly host and interesting interlocutor, meets with a cool wine of its own production)) The location is very good in the old town of Batumi, 5 minutes to the beach city, the sea, various cafes and restaurants. A little further dolphinarium and water park.

Situated within the city limits, the new park on the seashore is a 7-10-minute walk away. It has all the amenities you need: a refrigerator, air conditioning, a washing machine, a bathroom, and Wi-Fi. Parking is also available. The hosts are very welcoming and polite. I stayed twice and loved everything. We were there in July, and the price was reasonable: 100 GEL per night.

The little houses are wonderful!! Clean and cozy. We're absolutely delighted. It's like living in a dacha. Mandarin trees, flowers, birds singing. I saw kiwis growing for the first time 🥝 😱 The hosts are very welcoming and kind. Kittens live on the property; they had breakfast with us and played with us. Very good accommodation for the price we paid , The owner is very friendly and very nice and hospitable. When we arrived there was issue from our side and the owner reacted in professional way and was very supportive. What an awesome person she is. The Guesthouse is very nice. The little yard gives the opportunity to relax in the shade and the rooms offer a good clean accommodation. Parking is no issue on the street there is usually a space near by. We loved our stay here!

Cute place with extremely friendly host Misha. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is not too far from the beach, it needs around 15 min. And the main thing - price is quite reasonable.

We stayed at 2018 september and it was comfortable and peacefull. when we were staying, there lits of diffrent people in different rooms so there was a friendly place. If i go to batum again, i ll stay again there. There is kitchen to use guests. In every room has baths. The owner knows engilish so there is no comminication problem. I can suggest this place to stay. Batum was our first abroad holiday...

Fair accommodation for fair price

Did not like. Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows. The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room.

Excellent guesthouse in a great location. Comfy beds and really nice communal area with kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owner. Safely stored our bicycles as we were touring. And let us relax in the communal area all the next day as we were catching the late ferry to Bulgaria. Highly recommended

Fantastic location in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from all the bars. The beds are comfortable, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The common room is cozy, complete with a hammock, and the kitchen is well-equipped. They even have a washing machine, which is a great bonus!

Very good location. It was very quiet and super clean. Easy walk to the seaside . Has all the utilities you can cook your meal if you wish, but there are restaurants across the street that work from early morning to late night

Cozy place in the Old Town. Good-natured host. There is everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, iron), a spacious veranda on the 2nd floor with a view of the lively courtyard. Nearby there are inexpensive cafes, shops, a pharmacy, a bank. Rest for those who are tired of the metropolis and high-rise buildings.

The experience at Gurami's guest house was excellent. The best thing is the location! The bed was not really comfy, but the room was nice, and the shared bathroom also.

A wonderful place to relax in Batumi, especially if swimming in the sea and leisurely time on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, are your top priorities. The guesthouse is located a short distance from the center, but any tour bus or taxi can easily pick you up from here. Wonderful place. The rooms are fully equipped for relaxation and living. Clean, comfortable kitchen. There is a washing machine and microwave. Extremely responsive hostess! The location is excellent, the balcony is wonderful. They speak very little Turkish, but you can communicate in English. They are helpful and friendly people. We liked the cleanliness despite our meticulous nature. It's within walking distance of all the sights. We were very pleased.

The place is really good for the price. I've been during low season and when was snowing. Staff is nice. Kitchen is limit so don't expect to cook too much hehe. For me the only real concern was the hot water, sometimes you had to way to have it and take a shower. It happened to run out of hot water when I was during the shower twice. Guess during summer this is not a problem. They also let chacha and...

The entrance was a little bit hard to find, but that's the least of my worries. The host was super friendly, the room was tidy and the appartement itself was very prety as well. We even got a welcome gift when we arrived 🙌🏽

Convenient location, great service. Unfortunately the room we stayed has absolutely no privacy, because the window curtains are too narrow, barely enough to cover half the size of the window. The water heater is also problematic, stopped providing hot water in middle of the shower. It happened twice overnight, and we had to cancel booking and find a different hotel to avoid shower in cold water.

Clean, good wifi, good location just a stones throw away from the promenade, beach, and walkable to most attractions. Lots of food places close by. U have to go through the parking barrier to behind the house to gain entry (can be tricky if you are looking for the place).

The rooms are very clean. The sheets are white and light, perfect during a hot night. The staff is very friendly even if their English isn't very good, they Will do their infinite best to help you out.
