Real Georgian hospitality of the hosts. You can go ahead without any travel plans! Rudi will organize everything worth seeing and eating in Georgia! Home atmosphere of the hotel and the possibility of ordering food on the spot at "mummy" :) 5 minutes walk to the beaches. You can easily get along in Russian and English.

Very cozy, clean. The sea is close, fresh air, eucalyptus, pine, laurel, tangerines, we breathed in heartily. The hostess is the embodiment of feminine beauty and kindness. The best guest house in Chaqvi, nice view over the sea. Great place, lovely hosting family, great rooms each with couple beds, dressers and tables. Every room has its own bathroom. Small and beautiful recreational area right next to it. Very close to sea, on a walking distance. Very decent price and lovely atmosphere. Totally recommended

We stayed at 2018 september and it was comfortable and peacefull. when we were staying, there lits of diffrent people in different rooms so there was a friendly place. If i go to batum again, i ll stay again there. There is kitchen to use guests. In every room has baths. The owner knows engilish so there is no comminication problem. I can suggest this place to stay. Batum was our first abroad holiday...

Fair accommodation for fair price

Did not like. Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows. The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room.

Wonderful place. The rooms are fully equipped for relaxation and living. Clean, comfortable kitchen. There is a washing machine and microwave. Extremely responsive hostess! If you need something, they will always listen to you and help. The area is green, the sea within walking distance, near the market and supermarket. Impressions are only positive!

A good option for the average budget. Friendly host and interesting interlocutor, meets with a cool wine of its own production)) The location is very good in the old town of Batumi, 5 minutes to the beach city, the sea, various cafes and restaurants. A little further dolphinarium and water park.

The place is really good for the price. I've been during low season and when was snowing. Staff is nice. Kitchen is limit so don't expect to cook too much hehe. For me the only real concern was the hot water, sometimes you had to way to have it and take a shower. It happened to run out of hot water when I was during the shower twice. The entrance was a little bit hard to find, but that's the least of my worries. The host was super friendly, the room was tidy and the appartement itself was very prety as well. We even got a welcome gift when we arrived 🙌🏽

Convenient location, great service. Unfortunately the room we stayed has absolutely no privacy, because the window curtains are too narrow, barely enough to cover half the size of the window. The water heater is also problematic, stopped providing hot water in middle of the shower. It happened twice overnight, and we had to cancel booking and find a different hotel to avoid shower in cold water.

Clean, good wifi, good location just a stones throw away from the promenade, beach, and walkable to most attractions. Lots of food places close by. U have to go through the parking barrier to behind the house to gain entry (can be tricky if you are looking for the place).

The rooms are very clean. The sheets are white and light, perfect during a hot night. The staff is very friendly even if their English isn't very good, they Will do their infinite best to help you out. Watch out for those tricksy stairs, my boyfriend fell of them during the night while going to the bathroom.. we finished our stay in the hospital BUT it was our OWN doing.
