Guest House Deme in Kobuleti

We stayed one night at the Deme Guesthouse in September with a large group to celebrate a birthday. The hostess kindly provided our group with a gazebo in the courtyard, a barbecue, and skewers. It was very cozy! We also ordered hot khachapuri and eggplant with nuts from the hostess. Everything was served on time, and everyone loved it. Everything was prepared with great care. We even asked for her signature eggplant recipe, because we had never tasted anything better! The house is located two minutes from a gorgeous beach, and there are cafes and small shops nearby. Even though there's a road nearby, the guesthouse courtyard is very quiet, clean, and safe for children.

An excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all the amenities. The warm and welcoming hosts welcomed us like old friends. The hotel has a wonderful café with delicious food and house wine.

Excellent accommodations and wonderful owners who care about their guests and their comfort. Rooms with private bathrooms and apartments with kitchenettes are available. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, clean and well-maintained rooms, with those on the upper floors having balconies. On-site parking is available. The excellent location in the center of Kobuleti, just a few meters from the main street, allows you to relax in peace and quiet.

This year, we spent New Year's Eve in Georgia for the first time with our family. The holiday was fantastic! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and you can find everything you need. Everything was festively and beautifully decorated for New Year's Eve, so we were immediately in the party mood.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and always helpful. We will definitely never forget this holiday and will be back very soon!
