This is not an "elite hotel", this is a simple guest house !!! And I rate it as a Guest House! Weifai is present. The air conditioner is working. Hot water is available around the clock

The owners are sociable, easily make contact, help in solving all the issues. The food is on a level, you will definitely not die of hunger :) delicious homemade food

The rooms are clean in principle, but a lot of minor breakdowns: no light bulb, singed outlets, a broken toilet flush button and a shower head

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere

- The owner should ensure watercraft are kept in a separate, fenced-off zone. - No pontoon for entering the sea; walking over pebbles is unpleasant, and elderly guests often needed assistance entering the water

- Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is ineffective and unable to solve issues — problems need higher-level decisions

Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline

Everything is thoughtfully designed. There's a pool on the rooftop. The beach is a 2-3-minute walk away. In short, it's the perfect place to relax
