The location is excellent: the house is right on the seafront promenade, a 1-2-minute walk to the beach. The train station and market are nearby. Most importantly, the owners are very welcoming and pleasant

This place is amazing! Best location in the city. Beach is literally 1 min walk. Shops and restaurants are 1-2 min walk. Rooms are very nice spacious and clean
It's the best guest house in Kobuleti with lovely host and perfect view on Black sea.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and there was a parking spot. The room had air conditioning and a good bathroom. The price was also reasonable—35 lari per night, or $14.

Not many people on the beach, quiet. The minibus ride to the center takes 10 minutes, and it's the last stop here
A recommendable place due to its proximity to the Black Sea. The location is an ideal base for trips to the town and Batumi. A hotel with very nice rooms, with a balcony. Kitchen with dining room, possibility of grilling
The guest house is at the end of the city, quiet from the noise of the city, not far to walk to the beach where there are few people. The hotel area is small but tidy
There are shops - water, beer, ice cream, and other small items
The bathroom was missing a shower curtain and there was no shower gel and soap, they gave soaps on request. The rooms were not cleaned for 8 days. They did not change towels, but they were happy to change them when asked
There is a shared kitchen where there is everything you need. We liked it there, although there is room to stretch out. The environment of that area of the town itself is a bit scary, untidy, lots of dogs, cows
2 minutes to the beach, the owners are very hospitable, there is a parking place, their dining room will not be cheaper anywhere, the rooms are spacious, everything is there except the TV, but there is no time to watch it if we come next year only here

Each room had air conditioning and a balcony. There was a crib and two bathrooms. There was a shared rooftop terrace with tables, sun loungers, and sofas. The sea was a maximum of 200 meters away
Very clean and comfortable, the staff is super nice. All the amenities for an unforgettable vacation are nearby – coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and, of course, His Majesty the Sea!

Great location right on the beach. The hotel is modest but clean. The food at the ground-floor restaurant is really tasty (I recommend the eggplant with nuts and the Ajarian khachpuri). Open only during the summer season

There are several small chain stores and small shops nearby. The air conditioner works fine, but it is noisy. Of the minuses, we note that cars drive along the street, but this is certainly not the owners' fault
The owners are pleasant, friendly, and fulfill requests for housekeeping (bring what is missing, give advice, etc. We had a pleasant experience staying in this guesthouse
