Amazing breakfast! Friendly hosts! New modern hotel! Good location!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days while passing through with our family. We loved it. It's new, clean, and modern. Our room has 3 beds and a large balcony.
The ground floor serves breakfast. It's not a buffet, but you won't go hungry to start your day (either scrambled eggs with sausage or buckwheat with sausage, sauces, vegetables, watermelon, tea/coffee, and a pie. It's perfectly edible and sterile).
There's an ironing board and iron in a recess on the second floor.
The room has everything you need: a new refrigerator, not the smelly one that often happens, an electric kettle, cups and saucers, and water glasses, air conditioning, a TV, towels, and a closet with 12 hangers. 👍👍👍
The shower has a good shower, a hairdryer, shower gel, and soap. The plumbing is rust-free. The balcony is spacious, with plenty of space to hang laundry. There are two armchairs and a table for evening tea.
Below, there's parking, a green area with palm trees, good sun loungers, and chairs and tables under the canopy.
In short, it's a decent budget option.
The beach is wide and spacious, and the walk to the sea is very short.

We stayed at the end of June. We loved everything: the hotel is small, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is included. The grounds are wonderful, very beautiful. The pool and sun loungers are a big plus, the sea is nearby, shops and restaurants are nearby, and the central park is nearby, where events are often held. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains. I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the sea. The rooms are new, clean, and cozy, and there's an elevator, which is especially convenient. They serve delicious breakfasts in the morning—they're truly cooked with love! 🍳

I was very pleased with the pool—it's cleaned every morning, and the water is always fresh. Parking is also a big plus. A special thank you to the hosts—they're very kind and responsive, always ready to help and offer advice.

A huge bonus is the barbecue grill in the courtyard. It's perfect if you want to cook something yourself and spend the evening in a cozy atmosphere.

Payment is accepted on site, by card or cash—whatever's most convenient.

There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and a nearby market with fruit, vegetables, and meat.

Perfect for families with children.

Very cozy little hotel. It is not located on the street itself, so it is quite quiet here.
Built recently, obviously, according to a design project, decorated laconic and tastefully. The area is small, but everything in moderation. There is a swimming pool and a cafe, which is open until 19.00.
The rooms are very clean, the linen is white, crisp and smells fresh. Very comfortable bed mattresses!

To the sea 5 minutes walk.

The coolest hotel 3 minutes from the sea. Everything is new, clean, and a cool pool and cold coffee in the very heat will not leave anyone indifferent! Perfect with kids

We lived in the hotel for a week. Clean and comfortable room, new furniture, comfortable bed, a little bit testy for four, especially in the bathroom, but tolerable.
Breakfasts are meager and not always familiar - for example, rice with a handful of fried vegetables and a bun (According to our request, they replaced it with scrambled eggs - but this is 1 egg per person). Everything is very abundantly salted and fried to a crust for sure - but you can try to ask not to salt. Sometimes you have to wait a very long time for breakfast or coffee / tea
Lunch and dinner can be ordered here until 19:00 - the choice is small, but sufficient, the price is adequate. Everything will be clear by the specified time. In addition to the fish, everything is frozen to taste, the salad was taken 2 times and I did not like it. At my request, they cooked vegetables for children
We were very pleased that there were glasses for wine for us - for which special thanks to the owners
Cleaning 1 time in 3 days - toilet paper and soap on the same days - take it with you - I was a little shocked by such savings
At night there is often no water - not at all. The electricity was cut off for two days - at these moments there is no water either.
Smell from the kitchen throughout the building - especially at lunchtime
The option of washing is available at a very humane price - 5 GEL - I decided not to use the clothes dry on the roof
I am very pleased with the presence of the pool - the water is clean in appearance, but I have never seen someone clean it or pour chemicals - it is always available for swimming and does not smell of bleach at all
Quiet at night, all disco until 12 and can be heard remotely
To the sea 5-7 minutes, close to shops and shops where you can buy a snack and everything for the holidays (and toilet paper if anything :))

We stayed at this hotel from June 30 to July 15, 2021. Great family, treated like family. The hotel itself is just an oasis in Kobuleti. Excellent variety of breakfasts included in the price. Fast service. Lunch and dinner menu. They cook any dish, everything is very tasty, high-quality products.
The room is beyond praise. Everything is new, furniture, linens, hot water at any time of the day. There is an excellent swimming pool. Cleaned daily!
