We stayed one night at the Deme Guesthouse in September with a large group to celebrate a birthday. The hostess kindly provided our group with a gazebo in the courtyard, a barbecue, and skewers

The rooms are beautifully furnished, and you can find everything you need. Everything was festively and beautifully decorated for New Year's Eve, so we were immediately in the party mood

It was very cozy! We also ordered hot khachapuri and eggplant with nuts from the hostess. Everything was served on time, and everyone loved it. Everything was prepared with great care

Excellent accommodations and wonderful owners who care about their guests and their comfort. Rooms with private bathrooms and apartments with kitchenettes are available

I believe the pictures posted might be outdated because our room looked way better than some in the pictures. Very nice location, close to the beach and the market, quiet and great kitchen to make breakfast, lunch, etc

Best value and service balance in KOBULETI in season.

The staff were very kind and helpful, some of them spoke English so we had no problems. There were shops and restaurants nearby so it was a convenient location. The sea was also close by.

We received wine as a welcome gift. Each room has air conditioning. The owner is a very attentive and friendly person. Cleanliness, coziness, comfort. beautiful views from the balcony

Cozy environment, cleanliness, tranquility and serenity ..... most importantly warm hosts! 👏👏👍👍

The rooms are affordable, considering the sea is 30-50 meters from the guest house. There's a kitchen where you can cook and everything you need, including internet, TV, etc

May the rooms at your "Green House by the Sea" always be filled with vacationers! I really want to come back!

In 2023, we vacationed with Malkhaz and Nonna. We stayed on the third floor in a triple room with a toilet, shower, and balcony. The room is cleaned before arrival, and there is everything you need for self-cleaning

It was a wonderful vacation! The hosts were very warm and welcoming! We have only the best impressions! It was wonderful to see people display the wonderful qualities God instilled in us

Each room had air conditioning and a balcony. There was a crib and two bathrooms. There was a shared rooftop terrace with tables, sun loungers, and sofas. The sea was a maximum of 200 meters away

Very clean and comfortable, the staff is super nice. All the amenities for an unforgettable vacation are nearby – coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and, of course, His Majesty the Sea!

Zura, the kindest host! The hotel is in a nice, quiet location. The sea is within walking distance. There's a great cafe nearby.

Our whole family stayed in a wonderful three-room apartment. It was newly renovated and had all the appliances: a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine, but no microwave

Quiet location, bright rooms, and the ability to work on the roof. The best hosts in Kobuleti.
