Nika Inn Hotel in Kobuleti

We visited Oleg in August 2016 with a large group. There were 11 of us. We were accommodated in three rooms. We stayed at the hotel for about 10 days.
We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. It was a pleasure to experience the warm Georgian hospitality of the owner and his wife. Oleg truly treated us as guests, not just clients. Once, we urgently needed medicine, and he drove us to the center of Kobuleti in his car. It's wonderful to meet people who adhere to such Christian ideals: "to do good, to be rich in good deeds, to be generous, ready to share" (1 Timothy 6:18). It would be great if there were more people like him.
The most important advantage of the guesthouse, in my opinion, is its location. It's away from the town center, and the beach is not crowded. You feel as if you're relaxing on a private beach. It's fairly quiet at night, and loud music doesn't interfere with sleep. There's a volleyball court nearby, and if you're with a large group, you can have a great time. Another advantage is that Oleg's wife keeps the house spotlessly clean.
The kitchen and dining room are shared. Bathrooms are in each room. There was no air conditioning or refrigerator in the rooms in 2016, so I don't know how it is now.

A wonderful place, away from the hustle and bustle, noise! ​​The sea is 3 minutes away, the hotel is clean and adapted to all the needs of vacationers!!! I really liked it, we will definitely come back here!!!

The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, and the sea is within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is excellent. Oleg and his wife are wonderful and responsive hosts.
They allow pets. It's right on the beach. The beach is wonderful, and there are few people around. There's a cafe, and the nearest store is 200 meters away.

THIS HOTEL DESERVES 100 POINTS!

The location is top-notch – just 2 minutes from the sea! You're unlikely to find a better value in this price range. The owner, Oleg, and his wife are incredibly friendly. Both Georgians from other regions and foreigners stay here. The hotel has a great restaurant, where Daria makes excellent trout and kharcho. However, don't order her khinkali, as it's made with pre-cooked ingredients. Guests often go fishing in a nearby tributary of the sea. Kobuleti is easier to reach by car. However, Oleg, the owner, personally picks guests up and drops them off at the public transport station. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Kitchens are shared on each floor, which has four rooms. The view from the window is of the sea or a meadow where cows graze. If you don't like dogs, it's best to avoid this place. The dogs here are friendly. Jessie, the main cheerleader, gave birth to three babies, who brightened up our vacation. The local dogs are very playful and can keep us company on the beach, for example, during a game of "catch the stick" =)
