Thank you for a wonderful holiday! The room was clean, the hotel was in a great location, shops and cafes were within walking distance, the sea was a 5-minute walk away. The hostess was very responsive! We will definitely be back!

The location is good. The sea is 5 minutes away. It's quiet in the evening, you can't hear music from cafes and restaurants. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a hair dryer, a table, bedside tables, a wardrobe (there's plenty of storage space). On the floor there's an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a kitchen with everything you need to cook. We liked everything. Thanks...

I am very glad that i chose Madonna’s house for our vacation in Kobuleti. Modern, cozy,clean room with balcony. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all the shops and cafes. The hostess is very hospitable and nice😍

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

The staff were very kind and helpful, some of them spoke English so we had no problems. There were shops and restaurants nearby so it was a convenient location. The sea was also close by.

Super cheap. Quiet place. We received wine as a welcome gift. Not far from the sea . Shops are nearby. Each room has air conditioning. The owner is a very attentive and friendly person. Cleanliness, coziness, comfort. beautiful views from the balcony

I believe the pictures posted might be outdated because our room looked way better than some in the pictures. Very nice location, close to the beach and the market, quiet and great kitchen to make breakfast, lunch, etc.. Last but not least, amazing and very helpful owners. Highly recommend!

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is great to see how the hotel is developing and offering new services for its guests every season. Great location on the first line, clean and comfortable rooms, great hosts. Anyone who is planning a vacation in Georgia, I recommend to pay attention to this hotel. Everything is great here!

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest

In 2023, we vacationed with Malkhaz and Nonna. We stayed on the third floor in a triple room with a toilet, shower, and balcony. The room is cleaned before arrival, and there is everything you need for self-cleaning. There is a refrigerator on each floor. The courtyard and floors are clean and cozy, and there is a seating area and barbecue outside. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. We liked the nearby...

My family and I stayed at this guest house in June and July 2022 and 2023. We loved everything, especially the warm, welcoming, and very hospitable hosts, Malkhaz and Nona. Malkhaz will tell you everything, show you everything, and even drive you around for a small fee. They will answer all your questions and requests. The rooms are affordable, considering the sea is 30-50 meters from the guest house...

Not a bad budget hotel right by the sea

A nice place to relax. Close to the beach, relatively quiet. It was a bit tricky to find the first time. The room is quite small and doesn't have a separate shower, which isn't very comfortable. But otherwise, it's a good place for the price.

Lia Guest House is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay on the coast of Kobuleti. I had a wonderful time here and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to relax. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. The hosts are very welcoming and decent, and they speak Russian. I highly recommend it!

Excellent Guest House! The best I've ever stayed in! Clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and friendly hosts. I stayed for one night, but ended up staying longer. The price was very reasonable, the quality was excellent, and I recommend it to everyone!

An excellent place to live and relax. Great location. The house is equipped with all the necessary household appliances. The house has three rooms. Each is equipped with a bathroom. The room has air conditioning and TV. Very kind and caring hosts. For evening gatherings there is a canopy with a table and benches. We were very pleased with this place.

This place is amazing! Best location in the city. Beach is literally 1 min walk. Shops and restaurants are 1-2 min walk. Rooms are very nice spacious and clean. Owners are extremely polite and accommodating at every level. We stayed at other hotels in the area and this one definitely stands out by a lot. Definitely recommend!!!

A beautiful, cozy house with clean, comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning. A wonderful sea view from the window and balcony. The location is excellent: the house is right on the seafront promenade, a 1-2-minute walk to the beach. The train station and market are nearby. Most importantly, the owners are very welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend this house

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and there was a parking spot. The room had air conditioning and a good bathroom. The price was also reasonable—35 lari per night, or $14.

The guest house is at the end of the city, quiet from the noise of the city, not far to walk to the beach where there are few people. The hotel area is small but tidy. Breakfast is the same every morning, porridge changes a little every other day and there are pancakes, but a hearty breakfast, deliciously prepared. The room is not bad at all, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was missing a shower...

Kobuleti ghetto, haha, Rustaveli Street ends here. Pros: Not many people on the beach, quiet. The minibus ride to the center takes 10 minutes, and it's the last stop here. There are shops - water, beer, ice cream, and other small items. Cons: We didn't find any.

A recommendable place due to its proximity to the Black Sea. The location is an ideal base for trips to the town and Batumi. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. A hotel with very nice rooms, with a balcony. Kitchen with dining room, possibility of grilling. Owner friendly and talkative.

My sister and I came here for a vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel :) It felt like we were visiting family who love us. The food was also delicious. It's also very close to the sea. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, and currency exchange offices nearby. Thank you again for the warm welcome. I recommend it to everyone!

This hotel has comfortable and cozy guest rooms with refrigerators, air conditioners, balconies and bathrooms. They prepare delicious pizza and khachapuri. There is a big beach in front of the hotel for you to be comfortable and cozy...even on the beach 👍👌😊😊😊💖💖💖

Beautiful place. 2 minutes to the beach, the owners are very hospitable, there is a parking place, their dining room will not be cheaper anywhere, the rooms are spacious, everything is there except the TV, but there is no time to watch it if we come next year only here. Recommend.
