Excellent location. 60 meters from the embankment. Quiet. The building, front garden, and rooms impress with their modern design and comfort. They are tastefully decorated. Each room on the second and third floors has a balcony with a sea view. You fall asleep to the sound of the surf. You won't hear any traffic or music. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have high ceilings. The plumbing is in good...
A great place to spend time with family. The hosts are kind and helpful! The breakfasts are delicious, and there's a lovely, cozy summer veranda. The cuisine is top-notch, with all meals prepared on-site and absolutely delicious! The rooms are spacious, spacious, and the bed is soft. The TV has over 100 channels to suit every taste (if that's important). The sea and the promenade are right under your...
Very nice, clean Rooms. Stuff speaks russian and little bit english. Food is fresh and tasty. Sea view from balkony. 50m to the beach.
Very kind staff, close to the sea, tasty food and clean rooms
The hotel is good. I liked the room. We took a triple room, a 30-square-meter room. It has a toilet, shower, refrigerator, non-flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and no hairdryer. The room has three beds, two nightstands, a leather sofa, and an armchair. There's a veranda with a table, chairs, and a drying rack. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed daily, and bed linen every five days. We had some...
The rooms are very average and in need of repair. The beds are terrible, and the mattresses need replacing. The owner is a good man, offering chacha and wine every morning. Breakfast is okay, but it's very late, at 9-10 a.m., apparently, because they don't want to get up early. The owner's son at reception does everything he can, without meaning to. You can be rude to him, and then in the evening,...
Great place. Right by the sea. The owner, Gogi, is a very kind and hospitable person. The rooms are nice, the menu is delicious.
The TV in the quadruple room #8 doesn't work, there's nowhere to get boiling water in the evening because there's no electric kettle or microwave (which isn't pictured either), so I wonder what the kitchen area is for, and the food isn't a fountain. They promised something like a buffet, but it turned out to be like a cafeteria, and in a normal cafeteria there's even a choice. Here, you eat what they...
The hotel is new, the room is quite large. The food is excellent. The Wi-Fi works with four channels, but not all floors have a password. The room does not have an electric kettle, microwave, or kitchen utensils. The TV only has one channel, which is better than others.
There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine.
The bed sheets are rough and unsightly.
The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ
The owner, Nino, is very kind.
Great place to stay ♥️🔥
There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.
The hotel is a bummer, but the price for the rooms is adequate. Equipment and furniture are out of order. In some places, the floor tiles are swollen and pose a danger to guests. Not a single door closes properly. The hotel has accumulated many defects that need to be eliminated. The rooms have a strong cigarette smell. The staff is good.
Bad hotel. Mold in the room, there are some kind of openings in the closet, there is no canopy over the room (we were in 403), rain floods the balcony. There is no one, you have to ask the waiters with questions. They almost do not understand Russian, English too, I constantly asked to bring drinks without straws (this is important for me), but to no avail.
Of the pluses - good, hearty breakfasts and...
We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comfort you need. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. A...
It is definitely the best hotel in the Adjara region.
Liked: - The hotel itself is good and beautiful. - Rooms are large and cozy. - The restaurant is high-level, with tasty and varied dishes. Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline. - Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is...
I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years, and it never disappoints. Beautiful, well-kept grounds, excellent service, and friendly, attentive staff make every stay special. Live music in the evenings adds a charming touch, and the hotel consistently maintains a high standard with thoughtful details that make guests feel truly welcome.
Best place in georgia to go for sea, Really looking forward to spend next summer here. The food is excellent and the beach is perfect
After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me...
The rooms are clean (at first, and then you run after the cleaning lady to change the towels or clean anything). The service is fine, and they treat guests with respect. They cheated with the kitchen... It looks like a Soviet-era cafeteria. The food isn't very tasty or varied. The windows and balconies face the street, which is the main street, so it's polluted and terribly noisy, making it impossible...
Ancient palace built in the style of the most famous European palaces with a large garden that can be visited entirely with the guide. Inside the building you can admire ancient furnishings and period weapons. The only flaw is a very short guided tour ...
If without special claims) the place is excellent) to the sea 1 minute)
Very quiet, with large suites. Fridge, tv and hot water. Picturesque view on sea.
Set in Kobuleti, 200 metres from Kobuleti Beach, Hotel Guria offers accommodation with a bar, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden. The hotel has family rooms. All guest rooms at the hotel come with a seating area.
Came here on a recommendation. I was hesitant at first because of the ratings, but it turned out to be a really good spot. I had the khinkali and liked them. I’ll be back!
Unexpected gem in Kobuleti!
Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled. Add to that the beautiful seaside view, and it made for a completely unexpected and memorable dinner. Totally recommend!
My favorite Georgian dish, “Ajapsandali”, is made amazingly in the beach. My biggest recommendation for the local cuisine ☀️🫰🏻
service was perfect and food also
We are now vacationing in Kobuleti. We go eat and relax in the evening in this restaurant. Everything is very tasty. Very kind owners and people who work there. Tasty. The portions are large. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately the photo is not available
I went there for a party on September 2019, really I like the place , especially the view
Family Store Summer Store is located in the center of Kobuleti, on Agmashenebeli Street. The rooms are clean and tidy. Special mention should be made of the hosts who try to create all the comforts for the guests. Bathrooms are also arranged. The house is close to the renovated boulevard and it takes exactly 5 minutes to get to the sea.
We rested from September 1 to September 11. The hosts are wonderful, sincere people, exactly 1 minute to the sea. The store is right near the entrance to the house, from there you can immediately take the minibus to Batumi and be there in 25 minutes :) I recommend ♥ ️
Very good excellent friendly hosts to the sea 30 seconds and the rooms are spacious. Recommend!!!
Very nice hosts, great atmosphere, highly recommend!
Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff a specially Vato and maia.good food! Very close to the beach! I really recommend to stay there ! Thank you guys for everything! Definitely we will come back!
Bad experience with dirty toilet and bad internet. Building materials every where
Awesome owner. Awesome facilities. Just next to the sea. Sleeping with the sound of waves. And try the best handmade foods and cultural foods. The foods are even better than most of the restorants. I fell in love with the people who works there. They are so friendly.

Good hotel very close to the sea. Our room was clean when we arrived only we got just 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week so we had to ask for it almost every day (they only give you one roll…) Nice balcony view and great location.

A homey, cozy hotel. The hosts are kind and caring, always ready to help and make your stay pleasant. The rooms are modest, but have everything you need: air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a washing machine. Our room had a good mattress, but the pillows were feather (which could be a problem for those with allergies). The soundproofing was decent; we didn't hear anyone in...
A very cozy hotel, conveniently located, with welcoming and helpful hosts.
We stayed for ten days in June 2022 and were delighted; we didn't want to leave. The rooms were clean, with a shower, toilet, air conditioning, and TV. Parking was never a problem, and we drove around the area every day to see the many attractions. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance.
The hotel is excellent. A budget option. The rooms are small. There are several room options: slightly larger ones cost about 10 lari more. Slightly smaller ones are correspondingly cheaper. The kitchen is shared. There's a large shared kitchen downstairs and a small additional kitchenette on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are large shared areas where you can hang out with a large...
We stayed here in early June. We booked through Booking.com and immediately called the owner, who arrived within minutes and checked us in. The price was 45 lari per night. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Parking is free behind the fence. The shared kitchen (not the main kitchen in the photo, but a "tea corner" on the floor so you don't have to go downstairs) has everything you need, including...
Everything, as always, is excellent. Good nature above all
Cozy, quiet, to the sea 3 min. The hosts are kind, always ready to help. The rooms are fresh, clean.
Excellent accommodation, close to the sea. Four of us stayed. There's a bedroom with a bed and a balcony, and a comfortable sofa in the kitchen/living room. There's a washing machine, dishes, clean linens, and towels for everyone. There's a parking space, and there's air conditioning, but we didn't need it. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here. Thanks to the hosts for the comfort and cleanliness...
The hosts are amazing!! The house has absolutely everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen (even sharp knives!!), and it's newly renovated.
Furthermore, I couldn't get a taxi to the train station this morning, so the host drove me there himself!
A wonderful guest house!!! I stayed on the ground floor in a full studio with a kitchen.
It has everything for a comfortable stay.
A full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and even a tester!!
Plenty of dishes.
A bed with a comfortable mattress. Air conditioning, a TV (which, of course, I never even turned on).
The windows have blinds, which is very convenient.
The location is great...
A wonderful guesthouse five minutes from the sea. Three of us stayed there: my husband, my teenage daughter, and I, and everyone was delighted. Freshly renovated, a fully functional kitchen, a cozy balcony—everything was thoughtfully designed and done with love. The hostess was very welcoming. I highly recommend it!
Great! Comfortable and clean! Everything is OK! I recommend this place to everybody! Near the sea, in the quite place.

Hotel Estinia is truly a wonderful place to stay! We arrived very late at night, around 12am, but the staff greeted us with such warmth and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free. Despite the late hour, their hospitality was exceptional, and they made sure we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was spotless, with fresh linens...
Nice and clean rooms, highly recommended! I was pleasantly surprised, the accommodation was great. Very attentive staff. The location is perfect- very good value for the money.
This hotel is on the top of my list of best stays ever. Location is perfect, area around the hotel is very green, so you can enjoy walking around. Staff was very hospitable, feeling like you are at home. In the hotel they have all you need for perfect stay. Swimming pool has heating, so you can be there if the weather is not ok.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. You won't regret, just come there:)
Love I'm here for every year , can't discribe how i love this hotel Neliko and Gocha ❤
Amazing place. Unbelievable value for money. And above all, fabulous people who warmly welcome you their home. The experience in this place is a far from just a stay in hotel. It is beyond description. And I say this with no intent to exaggerate!

Thanks for the rest. They came with the whole family. All liked it. Keep it up.
I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful holiday, who created the mood with their professionalism and goodwill. We'll definitely come back again
A good hotel with all the amenities. There is a wonderful style of the hotel and a free restaurant. You can eat in case you do not go anywhere. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient with 6 floors. The only minus for some is that the room is compact and the toilet too.
I was on vacation in July. Excellent and friendly staff. Good service. Even more than the cost of food. You can rest in peace.
Very kind and helpful hosts, service is great.
this is one of the best hotel what i have ever seen, its not expensiv an its verry comfotable.
Very good hotel. Beautiful place in the center of Kobuleti. Low prices and warm people. From Kobuleti to the most central location. Near the park All around are entertainment facilities and restaurants. It's really possible to spend a good time and relax here. Unusual atmosphere and atmosphere.
Not bad at the reception, I did not go further) I bargained with the administrator for 40 GEL plus two adults and two children. I found accommodation in a nearby guest house (40 GEL for two plus two children for free, breakfast, lunch and dinner included).
Located in Kobuleti, 200 metres from Kobuleti Beach, Hotel Amirani provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground.
I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Hotel Palermo for their kindness and responsiveness. My mother stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved her experience. Communication with the team was excellent — even from the United States, I was able to coordinate all the details of her stay easily and smoothly.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and I am truly grateful for...
Excellent hotel! Great location, wonderful staff. The rooms are comfortable: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. Three meals a day, which was important for our family, and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Nodar, the waiter at the restaurant, who did his job impeccably: he was always interested in how we liked the food, how we were feeling in Georgia, and what impressions we had of the Georgian...
We stayed at the Palermo Hotel in July 2025 with a group of friends. We had mixed feelings.
Pros:
1. The grounds are well-kept, clean, and spacious enough.
2. The rooms are not bad: fairly good repairs, furniture that is not worn out, and the air conditioning worked without any problems.
3. Relatively good and varied three meals a day. They cook deliciously. We were especially pleased with the breakfasts...
Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made.
The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)
Good-natured, hospitable owner. The rooms are excellent. We liked it very much
Excellent hotel. Magnificent host. I liked everything very much. I definitely recommend.
Great family-owned hotel. Stayed here for 1 night. Everything was lovely and friendly.
Because it is owned and managed by family all staff treat you personally.
Rooms are fresh and clean with all stuff that you need inside.
Breakfast was nice with a few options.
Territory is not big. Parking is free on-site. Pool is quite big, but because of the weather we have not used it. Sea just 2 minutes away...
We thank Erekli, Firuzi, Natali and entire team of Nobilis hotel for hosting our family!
This is the place where hospitality of Georgian people meet with client- oriented service, modern design and attention ti the details and willings of the guests. The new building is a 5-floors hotel with elevator, it fits for families with kids and baby-strolley or immobilized people. Rooms are fresh and atrractive...

Great hotel for a holiday at the coast. Swimming pool with music get everyone in a fun mood. Breakfast is ok. Not really a view from the hotel but the beach is very nice and it's not even 5 min walk from the hotel
Beautiful and comfortable place near the sea 10/10
