I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Hotel Palermo for their kindness and responsiveness. My mother stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved her experience. Communication with the team was excellent — even from the United States, I was able to coordinate all the details of her stay easily and smoothly.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and I am truly grateful for...
Excellent hotel! Great location, wonderful staff. The rooms are comfortable: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. Three meals a day, which was important for our family, and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Nodar, the waiter at the restaurant, who did his job impeccably: he was always interested in how we liked the food, how we were feeling in Georgia, and what impressions we had of the Georgian...
We stayed at the Palermo Hotel in July 2025 with a group of friends. We had mixed feelings.
Pros:
1. The grounds are well-kept, clean, and spacious enough.
2. The rooms are not bad: fairly good repairs, furniture that is not worn out, and the air conditioning worked without any problems.
3. Relatively good and varied three meals a day. They cook deliciously. We were especially pleased with the breakfasts...
Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made.
The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)
Good-natured, hospitable owner. The rooms are excellent. We liked it very much
Excellent hotel. Magnificent host. I liked everything very much. I definitely recommend.
Stayed in the older rooms but it was clean and good. Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Dogs a bonus.
Rooms range from the nicest with a sea view to practically unsanitary with a bathroom window that doesn't close and no hot water. I first had a very low-end room but at my request I was moved. The second room had a sea view, balcony and was comfortable. Renovated.
Our conference was amazing here.
The David Hotel is located in Kobuleti, a very quiet seaside town. I stayed there for a youth exchange, an Erasmus project, where we were staying at this property. The hotel itself is well-designed and very large, with two swimming pools and a dining room. Speaking of food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. The quality of the food isn't bad, with a variety of traditional dishes...
Located in Kobuleti, 200 metres from Kobuleti Beach, hotel Delux provides accommodation with a terrace and free private parking. At the hotel, each room includes a balcony.
I don't know for sure if it's this hotel or not, there's a delicious cafe we've been going to for the third day, they make potatoes with beef cutlets, it's so delicious you'll hurt your fingers
Hotel "Green house" is located close to the sea. Rooms are standard. The hotel is designed for families and children. Friendly hosts and good food. Children can ask for a supplement. The menu can be adjusted. The staff always makes concessions. The rooms have everything you need to relax. Air conditioning, TV, shower. The host kindly serves up coffee. Such care about vacationers is pleasant. For groups...
It's great environment cozy and Nice place to stay at it's in the middle of the city but in a quiet place in front of it there is green park and it's 10 20. Meters away from the sea

When we arrived, we were immediately checked into a room. The bed linen and towels were very clean, although it was obvious that they were not new. The rooms have tiles on the floor and air conditioning. The room has a TV with Russian channels and Wi-Fi. There is a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself. But we preferred to eat in the cafe. The breakfasts at the hotel are hearty, all the food is homemade...
My family and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the sea. The room has a balcony, air conditioning, and a large Android TV. The beds are comfortable, and there are kitchens on each floor. The hotel owners are kind and responsive. We loved everything.
During peak hours in July, the beach is mostly empty due to its vast length of 7-8 kilometers. You can rent a sun lounger and umbrella for 4-5 lari. There are also a few corn vendors. You can ride a banana boat or a tubing tube for 10 lari per person. You can also ride a jet ski or go parasailing.
We just returned from a vacation in Georgia. We stayed at Hotel S-326
David Agmashenebeli Avenue 326, in Kobuleti. We loved everything. The hotel owner, Sulkhan, was very welcoming and attentive. We really enjoyed the three meals a day at this hotel. Home-cooked meals, large portions, and the menu was never the same during our nine days at the seaside. The dining room staff was pleasant and polite...
I liked the hotel. Cleaning upon request. We went with a travel agency, we were afraid that we would remain hungry))). But, no. I liked the food, the portions are large, my husband and I gained 3 kg)))). Every evening a treat in the form of wine or chacha. 5 minutes to the sea. You can't hear the noise of the machines. The only thing is that the noise when flushing the room upstairs is really very...
Everything was great. The host was very welcoming and offered wine and chacha. Rooms were cleaned upon request, and the food was varied, with something new every day. The portions weren't huge, but you definitely won't go hungry. You can also buy chacha, cognac, and very good wine at the hotel.
A cozy hotel with an elevator and recently renovated. Our room was small, but it had everything we needed. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is located close to the street, but slightly recessed, so street noise is virtually inaudible. The location was also very good: there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and of course, the sea!
A small but modern and cozy hotel. It has an elevator, which is rare for Kobuleti. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and pine trees. And the noise of the main street did not bother us, because the hotel is located deep in the territory. A comfortable room with everything you need is furnished laconically, but tastefully. The hospitable owner Sulkhan helped with any issues, and at the same time...
The room was great and clean. The services left a lot to be desired as the WiFi is nonexistent unless you count 7mbps as a network. Could not stream even music without the network disconnecting. Called the front desk to see if there was an issue, and the response was “I don’t know, I’m on a different network down here than you are up there.” Then the next morning asked the front desk to look into it...
perhaps one of the most comfortable places in Kobuleti
Great hotel, just amazing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
To the sea 5-6 minutes maximum, breakfasts, lunches are varied, hearty. The coffee is delicious, we learned that we love Turkish and cooked us individually for breakfast❤️
The rooms are spacious, I recommend taking with a sea view, you just admire the beauty of the landscape every morning. The staff, very helpful and friendly, try to fulfill any request. The area is well...
A very cozy hotel with a beautiful area, swimming pool, playground. To the sea at a leisurely pace for 8-10 minutes. We only included breakfasts, but we were at the hotel and had lunch and dinner (everything is very tasty). Separately, I would like to say for the hospitality of the hotel owner - such a warm welcome, assistance in all matters ... You do not often meet such hospitality.
Very good hotel. Great reception) Good service. Delicious food. Large pool and recreation area as a whole. I recommend!)))
Nice resting place, pleasant hosts. Friendly, welcoming. They monitor the cleanliness of the territory.
The breakfasts are delicious.
Rooms are cleaned as needed

Amazing breakfast! Friendly hosts! New modern hotel! Good location!
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days while passing through with our family. We loved it. It's new, clean, and modern. Our room has 3 beds and a large balcony.
The ground floor serves breakfast. It's not a buffet, but you won't go hungry to start your day (either scrambled eggs with sausage or buckwheat with sausage, sauces, vegetables, watermelon, tea/coffee, and a pie. It's perfectly edible...
We stayed at the end of June. We loved everything: the hotel is small, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is included. The grounds are wonderful, very beautiful. The pool and sun loungers are a big plus, the sea is nearby, shops and restaurants are nearby, and the central park is nearby, where events are often held. Our room had a stunning view...
A wonderful hotel that pleasantly surprised me in every way! 🏖️
The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the sea. The rooms are new, clean, and cozy, and there's an elevator, which is especially convenient. They serve delicious breakfasts in the morning—they're truly cooked with love! 🍳
I was very pleased with the pool—it's cleaned every morning, and the water is always fresh. Parking is...
The coolest hotel 3 minutes from the sea. Everything is new, clean, and a cool pool and cold coffee in the very heat will not leave anyone indifferent! Perfect with kids
Very cozy little hotel. It is not located on the street itself, so it is quite quiet here.
Built recently, obviously, according to a design project, decorated laconic and tastefully. The area is small, but everything in moderation. There is a swimming pool and a cafe, which is open until 19.00.
The rooms are very clean, the linen is white, crisp and smells fresh. Very comfortable bed mattresses!
Daily...
Nice place, nice people. Great location with lovely pool.
The place has a cozy yard. It is less than 5 min walking distance from the sea. There is a park right on the other side of the street. Many shops and eating places around.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Host is very friendly. Food in cafe is delicious.
We stayed at the end of August. Everything was perfect. It was a studio room with a balcony facing the courtyard, so you couldn't hear the street.
Each floor had a kitchen. Central Park and the beach were right across the street.
Good place - kitchen, washing machine, personal shower. Adequate price. Discount for a long-term rent.

Hotel Reiami is set on the beachfront in Kobuleti, a few steps from Kobuleti Beach. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and organising tours for guests.
Our family stayed here twice: in mid-June 2024, en route to Turkey, and in early July 2024, en route back from Turkey. Before our first stay, we checked out about 10 guesthouses and chose this one. And we were right!
A great place on the outskirts of town for a relaxing family vacation. Clean and cozy. No unpleasant odors of dampness or mustiness. A good beach is a 5-minute walk away. Next door is...
Excellent! We stayed in September 2022. The hotel is very cozy. Clean, renovated rooms. The hotel itself is quiet, peaceful, and not noisy. The hotel is located at the end of Kobuleti in a quiet area. 5 minutes from the sea. The beach has small pebbles, so you don't need slippers to enter the water.
The hotel itself has a kitchen on the 3rd floor with everything you need. You can cook your own meals...
Loved the room, friendly hosts, good location
Wonderful hotel, hospitable host and staff. Everything is clean, comfortable, large room, comfortable shower and a large balcony overlooking (well, almost) the sea, where it's just cool to sit in the evening. There is a kitchen on the floor. 5 minutes walk to the beach, there is also a good cafe on the shore (no name, right on the parallel from the hotel). It is convenient to leave the city, there...
The owner is super. Everything you need to stay is there. 50 meters to the sea. I advise the hotel to stay.
Let's dot the "i". This is not an "elite hotel", this is a simple guest house !!! And I rate it as a Guest House!
Weifai is present. The air conditioner is working. Hot water is available around the clock. Clean linen, replacement on demand. Common balconies (terrace), common kitchen on the floor, utensils available, refrigerator. There is a washing machine, but you need to buy a parashock. The owners...
The rooms are pleasant and clean, and the hosts are very helpful and accommodating.
Wonderful hotel, excellent hosts, comfortable room, delicious, pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!
The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. There's a large elevator in the building. Outside, there's a large pool, a barbecue, and tables and chairs. For me, it was great.
We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comfort you need. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. A...
It is definitely the best hotel in the Adjara region.
Liked: - The hotel itself is good and beautiful. - Rooms are large and cozy. - The restaurant is high-level, with tasty and varied dishes. Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline. - Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is...
I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years, and it never disappoints. Beautiful, well-kept grounds, excellent service, and friendly, attentive staff make every stay special. Live music in the evenings adds a charming touch, and the hotel consistently maintains a high standard with thoughtful details that make guests feel truly welcome.
Best place in georgia to go for sea, Really looking forward to spend next summer here. The food is excellent and the beach is perfect
After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me...
