Booked back in March a deluxe room with no free cancellation. On the appointed day, the owner met us at the railway station. Without our knowledge and consent, he took us to some high-rise building, which has nothing to do with the guesthouse nadejda, and began to bring things into the collapsed and dirty entrance. It turned out that someone else had been put into the room we had booked in the guesthouse nadejda, and they were trying to put us in someone else's apartment. As a result, we insisted on being taken to the place where we booked. We arrived at 15.30 and waited until 21.00 for the eviction of those people who were allowed into our room. As a result, we lost a whole day of rest, we were on our nerves. This is the first time we've encountered this attitude!

Perhaps the best place to stay in Batumi. There are all amenities, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is the hosts who create a unique atmosphere. If you think you know something about hospitality - think again, but better come here right away. And the wonderful hearty and delicious breakfasts deserve special praise.
