It is a tidy hotel, very comfortable rooms, every room has a good closet, the bed is good. We have a very lovely host who puts on a wonderful sapphire.

Wonderful place. We rested in a big company. Cleanliness and comfort throughout the house. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need. The hospitality of the owners at an altitude, took as their own. If possible, we will stop only with them.

Well, if not for the lady assisting me, I would have said the place is a very big disappointment. The location is up the hill that if you walk to it, you will get easily exhausted. There is no heater in the room but the futons are perfectly warm. The toilet us very clean and big. You will need to pass by the room of the man caring for the hostel if you plan to cook or heat something up.

I really recommend coming here. You will get the most amazing view in Borjomi. The place itself is beautiful and clean. You get everything you need (including a kitchen for yourself). And most important, the hostess is a very sweet and kind person. She treated me like family, was very caring and always brought treats to the room. Excellent place, highly recommended!

Very basic budget property, condition of bed wasnt great (wonky and uncomfortable)and bathrooms are shared which isnt mentioned on *******, although cleanliness is maintained.

At that time, construction work was being carried out on the street in front of the accommodation. Other than that, there were no problems. The single rooms do not have a shower or toilet. I would rather pay a few euros more for a double room. I am very satisfied with the price/performance ratio.

This was an excellent choice for Tbilisi and I am So grateful that I could arrive late (my bus was severely delayed) and the host was kind and generous. This is okay for the price (~30€/night for a private room with 2 twin beds) but at the end of the day, there are better options in this city. I felt like the rooms could have been cleaner. I went to Tusheti for horseback riding. I had a wonderful 9 days there. They arranged a guide and horses for me. It was a fantastic help in planning my trip there. Family picked up us in Avali and they provide the transfer through Abbano Pass as well as accomodation, breakfast and dinner. We could feel like living with them! Amazing family and amazing stay :-)

Nice clean rooms, some offering a view and equipped with private bathroom. Great veranda to chill outside. Food is good. Very nice and welcoming owner, you can book horse rides or transfer to Kakheti from them. Would recommend to stay while in this beautiful remote area.

Friendly owner and the daughter speaks pretty good english. Rooms and bathroom are clean and they have a nice balcony to sit outside. We got to pay more than booking.com said and compared to other guesthouses with similar standard it seemed a bit too much.

Great family atmosphere, excellent food, beautiful views of the area. We have been there twice and always felt at home. The host Paata can take you to the most beautiful places in Tusheti: Gometsari Gorge, Dartlo, Girevi, Diklo, etc. Highly recommended!

I had a very nice stay at this guesthouse. Tina was a very nice host and made sure that I had a pleasant stay in Mestia. She is caring and welcoming. The guesthouse is very cozy located just outside the town and have an exceptional view to surrounding mountains and Svan Towers. I recommend the homemade breakfast!

We stayed 2 times at Guesthouse Gio. Gio‘s aunt is super friendly, she even speaks quite good german! The house has a wonderful view, especially in the morning!! The only problem: if you get a room on the ground floor, you hear EVERYTHING from the guests upstairs...especially when they wake up earlier in the morning and pack their stuff for an hour :(

Vasha and his brother are nice people who helped us in every way they could. The guesthouse is beautiful and in a quiet corner of Mestia. There are a lot of windows, so we could admire the snow outside - but inside it was cosy and warm!

I went on a solo trip in 2023 Nov. I could see snow on mountains when I reached at 5pm and it snowed whole night to have a best 2 days of my trip. Malkaz is a good host.
