Nice, cozy and quiet place, hospitable host Nino always there to help you and offer a bottle of a great red wine. The room has own kitchen and bathroom so that is really convenient. I believe it's a great place to visit in summer but as for winter room may seem a little bit cold though it has a heater.

It is perfect location in Borjomi, you can walk to 5 min to go to the Borjomi Park Owner is so kind. Did not like. Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows. The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room.

We (4 persons) spent only one night at this place. We occupied roof floor. Room was big and clean, only double bed wasn't so comfortable as there is no sigle big mattress, it is twins bed put together. And be prepared for almost vertical stairs to go upstairs. The best Guest House in Georgia!!! Very good Value for Money. Very kind hosts. Delicious food. We played chess against the family and had a lot of fun. If you want to have a great time and enjoy generous hospitable hosts, stay at Funduki. The location is also good, you can walk everywhere. Also the View from the balkony is gorgeous!

A very nice hotel, the top floor room was very clean, spacious and had a balcony with amazing views of the cathedral. The hosts were extremely welcoming, spoke great English and even offered us some snacks and drinks, their hospitality was wonderful! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and comfortable place to stay in Tbilisi.

This was a complete surprise. Shota talked to me in the park and I got thiq instant feeling that this might be a place to stay. And well, i wasn't wrong. We arrived there without reservation, so we just asked for a room. The weightlifting world champion showed us a lovely room with a breathtaking view over the Valley. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and they spoke Russian. The breakfasts were excellent, probably the best we'd had on our entire trip. The guesthouse has four rooms. The amenities are basic (shared bathroom and toilet), but that's normal for Ushguli. Everything was clean, the shower was hot, and we loved everything about it.

Very good location and services (tasty breakfast and a wonderful horse ride with Nora’s husband). The room is noisy (our living room is underneath the room) but very cheap and clean so go for it ✨🥰👍🏽

Excellent guesthouse in a great location. Comfy beds and really nice communal area with kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owner. Safely stored our bicycles as we were touring. And let us relax in the communal area all the next day as we were catching the late ferry to Bulgaria. Highly recommended

Fantastic location in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from all the bars. The beds are comfortable, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The common room is cozy, complete with a hammock, and the kitchen is well-equipped. They even have a washing machine, which is a great bonus!

Very good location. It was very quiet and super clean. Easy walk to the seaside . Has all the utilities you can cook your meal if you wish, but there are restaurants across the street that work from early morning to late night

Cozy place in the Old Town. Good-natured host. There is everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, iron), a spacious veranda on the 2nd floor with a view of the lively courtyard. Nearby there are inexpensive cafes, shops, a pharmacy, a bank. Rest for those who are tired of the metropolis and high-rise buildings.

The experience at Gurami's guest house was excellent. The best thing is the location! The bed was not really comfy, but the room was nice, and the shared bathroom also.

Perfectly decent. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks recently. Might even go back sometime. The manager Isolda is slightly deaf so if there's a disagreement, it is hard to communicate. Otherwise really nice people & it's a beautiful garden. Close to the Tbilisi Sea. You can go swimming everyday! I really enjoyed it overall. Peaceful place.

When we arive nobody was home. We have to call them from georgian simcard to reach them. They said 10 minutes and it was like they said. The owners don't speak English, only Russian. Valodia Guest House is an amazing place for the best views, very nice owners and all services they offer to you to make nice tours. The give you also wonderful breakfast and are always available to help you. The place is very close to the center so you can have everything at the same time. I have stayed here first time in 2019 and since then I come every year I can. You can meet locals who are great hosts, hospitable, willing to help you with everything. I can proudly call this family my friends and I feel like a part of family too. If you want authentic svan experience, come here. Highest Guest House in Mestia. The best view is over the entire Mestia. Authentic and real Georgian. If you want to feel the hospitality of Georgian and mountain people, I definitely recommend it. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. recommend it 100%

This was absolutly amazing accommodation with very friendly and kind hosts. The guest house is located on a hill side not faraway from the center of Mestia, but far enough to be a very quite place and as mentioned in previous comments - with breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. It was a pleasure to stay at this guest house. The owner and his family were the kindest and most honest Georgians we have met during our whole stay in Svaneti. They are very hospitable and welcoming. They have the best homemade wine we tried here and they have to most amazing dog that stays in their yard. Nicely located with easy access to mountain trails and a short walk to the center of Kazbegi. Good price for the room and comfortable bed. The host was a nice lady who couldn't speak much English. However, the curtains off the room were a bit see-through and let in too much light. Also the bathroom floor got all wet every time we showered.

The location is good. I was traveling with friends and we took a 4 bed family style room. The room was clean the mattresses are old. Beds could use more support slats. But a decent night sleep for all. The bathroom is shower, toilet (western style) and sink in one big room with floor drain. The offer breakfast for 10 GEL lari (no meat).

Mziuri is the most lovely women, very kind, gave us traditional svaneti food and drink during our stay. The kitchen has a toaster oven and a one burner stove, which we were able to make work when we wanted to cook. Beds were comfy and warm and the dresser provided good storage for our ski gear.

Wonderful accomodation. We were going to stay there for a couple of days but ended up staying for a whole week because of the lovely place and its surroundings. Thanks a lot for making us have such a pleasant stay Mziuri. Hopefully we will come back again some day!!

The place has a very friendly and homey atmosphere, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice gazebo to sit outside and a spacious kitchen.
