I will tell you honestly. By far this is one of the best, most comfortable and modern places I’ve stayed at in Georgia. This is after I have stayed in atleast 4 towns as a traveller. Very close proximity to the sea. Room cleaning available after request. When we moved in kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen valve was dropping water constantly, toilet was leaking sewage, there was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom because of poor sewage system design. Lovley owner, nice, renovated rooms with balcony and AC. Very quiet there, you don't hear the big road. In the evening you can sit outside and drink wine.

We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking. Immediately the number seemed good, but then it turned out to be a lot of small uncomfortable details. The room was two-room, there were no mosquito nets on the windows at all, the toilet was leaking somewhere, there was a constant puddle on the floor...

Really nice hostel! It’s really cozy and comfortable! The price is affordable and good location! This hostel seems like has a long story! There are two balconies where you can enjoy the night.

The only good thing for me about this place is that it is cheap. Rooms are high but there is small space. We had 3 beds in our room- one big and one two-story. Rooms are not so clean as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. You're not happy to go to bed as the bedsheets seem to be slightly dirty and stinky. Excellent location, I was looking for something very close to sulfur baths and this Hotel was nearby. Great hot shower with strong water pressure. If you are staying here for few days then it's a value for money.

We stayed here in August 2023. It was a nice hotel. The hosts were helpful. The sea was beautiful.

My sister and I came here for a vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel :) It felt like we were visiting family who love us. The food was also delicious. It's also very close to the sea. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, and currency exchange offices nearby. Thank you again for the warm welcome. I recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful place. 2 minutes to the beach, the owners are very hospitable, there is a parking place, their dining room will not be cheaper anywhere, the rooms are spacious, everything is there except the TV, but there is no time to watch it if we come next year only here. Recommend.

The place is located in the city centre. Good position and for me it was a good company. The living space is large and rooms are with elevated beds. Place has a view of the Rustaveli Ave. When I was I found a nice cat in living very joyable and welcoming. Host is a nice person Deniz will greet you any time.

Amazingly hospital, and super chill. Free internet! And Will help you with any matter. They contact many contacts for you,. So everything Will be fixed. Very happy with this choice. Only 6 lari a night

Conveniently located near city center and surrounded with cool bars... We were 3 motorcycle travelers and Deniz - the owner helped us with many things motorcycle-wise and further. Place is cosy, reasonably clean and entertainment is included. Enjoy your stay just as we did!

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Borjomi for one day, and Nana took us in, told us everything, and showed us around. She's a very kind and responsive host. If we return, we'll definitely stay here.

The conditions are quite good. Large rooms. Clean toilet. Well-maintained grounds. There's a kitchen. There are shops nearby. The sea is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. There's parking. The hosts are very friendly. There's a minibus to Batumi, about 20 minutes away. I highly recommend it.

We're very grateful to the owners of the house. They're the kindest and most hospitable people! We rented two rooms from them for six nights, and they were very welcoming the entire time, helping us out, even giving us a little food. The rooms are lovely – it's rare to find a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette in the room for such a small fee. We highly recommend them!
