Fantastic welcome and a really homely vibe. My single room was exactly what I needed. It even had a little balcony with a lovely view. The shared toilet and shower was nice and clean and the WiFi was great. I ate dinner here also. My meal was wonderful, as was the wine. Thoroughly recommended.

Olena is a great manager of the place. She was very helpful when we were trying to book train tickets to Butami. My room was big and clean. The toilet smelled of damp but keeping the door closed fixed the problem. The property is at the top of a very inclined road. Taxis will leave you about 100 meters away and then you have to walk up. We stayed here for 4 days last week. They allowed us a very early check in since we had an early arrival which is 5am. Though i would have been content to be able to keep my luggage in their lobby, they let us stay in the room despite being 7hrs early for check in. They served a lovely breakfast also. Nice, clean and comfy rooms and bathroom, very close to the park and 10 mins walk to bus stop. But that is not the reason we will definitely come back to this place. The main reason is the owner. A great host, with whom you can talk for hours. He can help you with anything and arrange anything you need. Extremely simple rooms with shared bathroom. Still okay for the money. Beware of tours with the owner. He is an extremely unpleasant person who wanted to force a 50% surcharge on the agreed price, for example, halfway through the journey. I was forced to accept an increase of 25%. The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day. The hot spring near Vardzia is warmer and more interesting than in Borjomi itself :)

Good hostel. Purely. Located on the mountain, gorgeous view from the room. In the dark, but with the navigator could not get up, all the time came to a dead end, but the owner went down and met. Very welcome. Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it. Thanks recommend!

Staying with Cico was unquestionably one of my best experiences in Georgia. The house is huge! My room was comfy and spacious, with a private bathroom (you cannot lock the door but it's not a big deal at all). I got to spend some amazing time with Cico even without her speaking any English. She's such a lively and spirited lady. I hope you are as lucky as I was and get invited for a family dinner....

My absolute favorite place to stay in Telavi and Cico is my favorite Georgian ever! So much so that I came back and stayed another night. Cico is the kindest, warmest person I have ever met. Good guesthouse. There are small flaws: the repair in the guest rooms has not been done for a long time, there is little lighting. But on the whole it is good, as there is a bathroom everywhere and the hostess Tsitso prepares such breakfasts, which is enough until dinner. Cico is a great host. You can have breakfast and meals here, ask her. We have been 1 month around Georgia and we still remember breakfast at Cico's. 😀. The Guesthouse is very nice. The little yard gives the opportunity to relax in the shade and the rooms offer a good clean accommodation. Parking is no issue on the street there is usually a space near by. We loved our stay here!

We stayed at 2018 september and it was comfortable and peacefull. when we were staying, there lits of diffrent people in different rooms so there was a friendly place. Fair accommodation for fair price

The host Nino was very friendly, helpful and just sweet! She also speaks good English which allowed us to communicate good with each other. The place itself is pretty. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing it can get a little loud in the evening because of the kids in the yard or the dogs. But it didn’t bother us and we felt we had a real Georgian experience

Lovely newly renovated guesthouse, absolutely clean and welcoming. Very interactive hosts and a very personal touch. Great value for money all round and the beds are extremely relaxing and comfortable. Expect a glass of wine, cuppa coffee or shot of cha-cha to get your spirits up after a journey. This place is a great sample of excellent hospitality! Nina and Mamuka are wonderful hosts and will address any of your needs. You should definitely check out their room with chimney. This room is a must to stay if it is available in your days of stay. Breakfast is huge and delicious. Highly recommend staying in this guest house when traveling on budget and seeking for hotel room comfort.

I'm not a picky tourist. I had to stay just for 1 night, waiting for my train next day, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money for just sleep-&-go. So I chose this place. I had a room with personal bathroom. Everything is modest, but clean. Administrator is super-hospitable.

Infrastructure wise, the place’s nice and cozy, but the hostess had a very rude and weird attitude with us when a confusion regarding the use of the kitchen arose. Instead of offering a clear and kind communication, she became aggresive, which left us pretty uncomfortable. Would reccomend to watch out for her behaviour.

First of all, finally a host who can communicate in perfect English. Much appreciated. Very quiet place, I was the only guest, nice and clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with free flow of coffee and tea. Clean bathrooms with working showers, hot and water pressure. Lovely outside area with many areas to sit and relax. BBQ also possible. Perfect place for cyclist to relax.

If you look for chill and homey atmosphere this place is for you. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk. Taxis are 5 mins walk. There is beautiful garden on the back of the house.

One of good Guesthouses in Martvili. The owner is very nice women. She helped us while we did late check-in. The surrounding was very natural and allot of fruit trees.

This guest house is an authentic experience. 1) Get the room with the view. 2) The host is amazing. She is loving and a superb cook. 3) The rooms are 'rustic', so don't expect the most modern surroundings. Know this before you book. All in all, a great place to stay!

Stayed here for one night. Hosts are very nice and kind, provided us with tasty home-made wine, diner (for extra pay) and free breakfast. Room was comfortable with warm blankets. The host is a very nice family. Ask them for home wine, the best wine I ever tried. The view is amazing and you'll have personal parking space which is very convenient. A couple of restaurants just a few houses away.

You could not ask for more authentic Georgian local experience. Our lovely hostess made a lovely local Georgian breakfast and dinner for us and although her English wasn’t good, we managed to communicate just fine somehow! Rooms are simple and basic but with heating and AC. The location has fantastic for its views and close to a restaurant and a shop. A short walk to the main town.

We had a wonderful stay! Travelled as a couple. The hosts were very accommodating and the room was super comfortable. They have a lovely living room where you can watch TV and Netflix and you can bring own drinks and store them in a big fridge. The hosts also offer breakfast and dinner and can help you with trips and transportation.

Went to mestia for starting our 4 day hike to Ushguli. We booked ninos Ratianis for one night and was a really great experience. Nino and her coworkers are so kind, they really looked for us and that everything was good. The food is traditonial from svaneti region and is incredible, i really recommend to have Ninos Cake! Good amenities. Light from the hallway shined in the room the whole night and there was someone taking a phone call in the hallway in the late evening which was very loud in the room. So lack earplugs and a sleeping mask and you are good to go. Sauna option was nice. Though we were not aware you book it privately and then the price is only for an hour.

We spent 8 nights here in July and had a wonderful relaxing stay at Nino's. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was enough hot water, and we had the benefit of being in a unit that had the comforts of home, including a washer, a heated towel bar ( to speed up drying on heavier clothes), a fridge and a couch/eating area. We tried both breakfast (USD $7.50) and dinner (USD$10)...

That is probably a best hotel at the heart of Svaneti - Mestia. We found a luxury 2-rooms apartment and incredible service with highly professional team. The warm family service and boutique apartments, with incredible local authentic cousin. Absolutely highly recommended!

One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Right by the sea. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem. A great place to spend time in Georgia without getting caught in Batumi traffic when coming from Türkiye.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty). The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent.

We had a private room with clean beds(24GEL for 2 Persons) and I guess it's OK for the price, but when I opened the curtains of our only window there was a brick wall right behind. No air circulation or daylight. Felt like a grave. The dorm looked nicer though.
