What a lovely guesthouse. It is run by a very sweet family with adorable pets. I would love to come back

Above and beyond - true care in a time of crisis. I stayed at this family-run hostel in unexpected circumstances due to a medical emergency after suffering a brain haemorrhage after falling off a cliff in Mestia. I arrived from Mestia in an ambulance to the hospital next door and my friend I was travelling with needed a space to stay at very short notice - we had been travelling from 2am-7am and the hostel owners (Mamuka and Tamta) answered his call at very early hours to give him a place to stay that same day. My friend was slightly traumatised after the incident and Mamuka was great in consoling and comforting my friend whilst I was in hospital.
My Mum and Dad flew over shortly after and stayed here too and spoke very highly about how welcoming they were, how clean, comfortable and well-located the hostel was whilst being a beautiful place to stay.
I stayed here too once I was out of hospital and can’t speak highly enough of the hospitality we were given. On multiple occasions we had to extend our stay at very short notice, yet Mamuka and Tamta always accommodated us and it really felt like they genuinely cared about us.
Thank you Mamuka and Tamta for all your help in our time of need, we’ll never forget it, nor can we thank you enough. Truly wonderful humans that we were lucky enough to meet. We hope Zazaar and Nina are doing well

very nice guesthouse! the host is lovely and super helpful. Both the kitchen and the room was really well equipped, and the backyard very calmed.

Extremely nice, friendly and obliging hosts. A lovely family. Feels like at home. A beautiful old building. Location is quite good, 5-10 mins away from downtown. Good cheap restaurant round the corner. Unfortunately, there were two big minuses for me: sewage smell in the bathroom, and a rather noisy place: street traffic, other guests (doors are not sound-proof), slamming doors, the leaf-blower in the garden... I had to cancel after the first night. Perhaps that's no problem for early sleepers, but when on holiday I like to wake up late.
