Belona Hotel in Kutaisi

Hotel is horrible. Rooms are not cleaned properly. When we arrived glasses were dirty. They did not clean after previous guests. The smell from the bathroom is awful. Bed clothes and bedding is in horrible state. The quality of bedsheets are bad. Administration is not in its place. For this price better to rent an apartment. Despite location being good, it is loud. Don’t recommend coming here at all

Room was fine… but service was zero.
To start with there is lack of staff… there was not phone in the room as well…so every time we needed something.. we had to go out, look for the staff and then ask tor it..I dont know if it’s a European hotel thing but there was no coffee tea or basic amenities like kettle or water.. when I asked the staff for water.. she asked me to drink TAP WATER!!! Like seriously???? We had to go out to the department store and buy water.
Location is good as it’s in the middle of the town… but if you don’t like noisy place then avoid this hotel.
Also the cherry on cake… filthy smell in the roo.
We saw the rating and then booked the hotel.. I don’t know how this hotel is a 4 star.

First of all it's not four star hotel even I can not consider in hotel category. Enternce was look like horror house. No resption available time of check-in.
Room one light at enternce was out of order and room lights was poor.
Bad smell when you enter room.
When we ask for tea cattle dirty cattle given you can't make tea.
Dig was setting near steps after seeing us started barking.
Who given four star batch it's???? marked.

Good location but near loudy bar. Until 12.00 you will not have silence.
We had very intense mosquito attacks, couldn't sleep all night.
Rooms are not in hotel level. It is like private house renting.
