Hotel Kutaisi Globus in Kutaisi

The hotel is simply amazing! The guest always comes first - here, action is taken true to this motto! Staff is 24 hours available and the people here are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. All my wishes were fulfilled and more! If I could, I would give 7 stars 😉
The location is also great! It's not far from the center, the rooms are clean and well equipped and the hotel offers free wifi, airport transfer and the breakfast is fantastic! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel, I'll be happy to come back any time!

This was a great place to stay, we initially stayed here for 3 nights while our friends stayed for 1 night. The rooms were well equipped, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and had a great shower.
What sets this place apart from others is its amazing host George, from start to finish we couldn't speak highly enough of the guy.
On our arrival we had some issues with a taxi driver who was trying to rip us off, George helped talk to him and remained calm throughout and help sort it out. He brought our friends to the airport very early in the morning which was very nice of him.
We decided given the hospitality we received when we came back to kutaisi after being in Tbilisi to stay for one more night at the Globus. We received a warm welcome.
We asked george if it would be okay to bring us to the airport tomorrow he told us his price but then when he found out the time we were leaving advised us to get a taxi as it is cheaper and he booked one for us. This shows what great character he has as we had no problem paying him more as we already had full trust in him.
When we are back in kutaisi again we will be staying at Globus certainly.

The first time me and my friends visited Georgia was in 2015. And ever since, every time we visit the country, we stay in Kutaisi in the Hotel Globus at least for one night - the last time just a week ago :) When I contacted then unknown place and owner for the first time, it was almost unbelievable how much advice, care, help and kindness I was provided with, even before me and my friends and colleagues arrived to Kutaisi. The hotel is really nice, comfortable, clean and well equipped, but it was the personal attitude that made our trip much more easier and pleasant. George is always willing to help with almost everything - starting with a transportation from the airport to the hotel, booking of a restaurant for a dinner, checking the availability of monuments, contacting drivers, printing of flight tickets in moments of hurry and chaos...I cannot recommend a single place in Georgia more than Hotel Globus where it's always so lovely to stay. Thank you for everything and see you again soon!

Located right next to a hospital should things go wrong…this cute little boutique hotel located on the edge of town as you arrive from Tbilisi is the perfect base to explore the wonderful town of Kutaisi. And it is insanely cheap for what you get – a very clean but adequate place to sleep. You are not coming here for the hotel, but it is more than fine to rest your head after a full day’s discovery of what can be found a short-walk away. Warning – this is not a hotel for those who cannot climb stairs. I had to huff and puff my way up the third-floor so make sure you ask for lower rooms if your knees are weak. Breakfast is not exciting but you should be eating it in one of the many interesting places not far away anyway. If you are driving there is plenty parking available in the hospital parking-lot 50m away. I travelled with a friend and both rooms had cute little balconies should you be a smoker as the rooms are non-smoking. It was chilly so I did not try the aircon but it looked functional and new. There is a little superette right next to the entrance should you want to buy bottled water or a snack. If you are on a budget or seek more than the place you will sleep - this will fit the bill.
