I was given a bed with an unidentified liquid on it, probably urine given the stain and the smell. I warned the man at the reception who told me to take another bed. The sheets on the urine bed were not changed, the smell persisted in the room. I went to take a shower to notice that the shower head was broken and that we had to deal with the cord. I had booked two nights, I only stayed one out of obligation but it was really the worst hostel I could have stayed in even though I am a regular. Courage to the cleaning ladies. And when I left there was not even anyone at the reception. Do not set foot there

Overall the place was ok, unfortunately the shower to the room was leaking so there was plenty of mould beneath the floor. You could feel the water as you stepped on some spots. Finally, the toilet seat was cracked and I got pinched every time I sat on it. None of the receptionists gave off friendly vibes. Unfortunately not much choice around Kutaisi

I’d especially like to thank the lady at the reception for being incredibly helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist me with some personal matters, and I’m truly grateful for her support. Her professionalism and warmth made my experience even better. Highly recommended!

The moment they checked me in, they asked for another payment. After I paid, I realized that I already had payed on booking.com. The receptionist didn't even border to check this information at all. No immediate refund. Nothing. I waited every day for the staff to inform me about my money. But they weren't really helpful.

They don't answer my emails and I am still waiting for my refund.

Can't recommend this hostel at all.

With all respect, but this is not how you run a business.

So, we booked a private room for a week. Upon realizing our room had fleas on the 2nd day, (and my wife had an allergic reaction to her flea bites) we wanted to see about getting a refund and we would go somewhere else. We were told there are no refunds, even after we brought a flea to the front desk and showed my wife's flea bites. We were offered another room. But we just wanted to go somewhere else. The fact that we couldn't even get a partial refund for a flea infested room is deplorable. To add insult to injury, we went to another hotel, but kept the key to our room. Because, if they are not giving us a refund, they shouldn't make double money on the room. But we discovered that they were going to re-rent the room. We found a key in the door as they have keys in doors of vacant rooms to show.
Terrible customer service.
Oh... yeah and there are fleas.

We had a private room with clean beds(24GEL for 2 Persons) and I guess it's OK for the price, but when I opened the curtains of our only window there was a brick wall right behind. No air circulation or daylight. Felt like a grave. The dorm looked nicer though.

Adequate as its really cheap 11GEL in winter season and their is a private room with with shared water closet and shower. I would give it a 3 had it not been for the all night party outside the room, with youthful men drinking and fighting until 3 in the morning. UGH its my first and last hostel. No thanks.

Awful beds, staff are excessively loud until after midnight, no basins, no soap anywhere to be seen. Wasn't expecting much for the price but hostel city centre is much better. Decent location.
