Excellent place to stay in. The location is very convenient. The beds are comfortable. The room had a big “living room” which was very nice to store baggage, etc. Also had a wide balcony. The toilet had shampoo provided but it does not have a bidet. So I had to improvise with a water bottle. Breakfast was amazing with everything being excellent. The meat actually tastes like meat compared to certain 5 star hotels in Dubai. Would recommend 100%

The location was near to the market, lot of shops, restaurants around that hotel. A Pharmacy next to the hotel 😁 I lived the location. Romm was specious, breakfast was good with some local flavor, the Elite club room with a stage turned into a breakfast room which really liked as we got to see something different. Enjoyed the room view, Georgi was a great help! I enjoyed My stay!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was big, but there weren't any extras. No kettle, no coffee powder, no refrigerator, no safe. The TV only has Georgian channels. Breakfast provided was adequate. Being in the city center, it's very close to most of the landmarks you'll want to visit during your time in Kutaisi.

Excellent location, big room, we had a great view. Breakfast was great, overall great experience!! Gorgi was very helpful.. 😀

Nice and clean hotel.
Although it looks new some parts of it are already starting to show wear and tear.
Also the rooms are quite large and empty. No sofa or armchair.
We couldn't even get an electric kettle.
On the plus side, the rooftop offers a great panorama of the city, good weather and great music.

It's pretty decent for a 3 star hotel. Rooms are large and so is the bathroom. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable. Breakfast is decent. Generic cereal, some eggs, meat and fruits. There are a lot of weird sounds in the hotel. Wind howling through the rooftop, constant windows smashing and scratches on the door like an animal is trying to get out. Would be perfect for Holloween but not for every other night of the year.
