Gudauri Inn in Gudauri

I was not able to reach tbilisi due to some issues and which was beyond my control. After continuos follow up also the hotel does not issue the refund.

I was prepared for the disgusting location from the very beginning, not the first time at this resort, and expected that this would compensate for the quality of the hotel, BUT! I was wrong. The hotel is not worth the slightest attention!
Pros:
- good appearance of the hotel
- not the worst breakfast, a solid C
- partly very kind and positive staff
Cons:
- it is terribly dirty near the hotel, and this is not only dust and natural dirt, but also mountains of household and construction waste
- the staff at the reception is not very friendly, partly
- the rooms are very small with the cheapest possible finish and not yet ideal (there was a desire to move out on the first day after checking in, but the hotel rules did not allow this) in the rooms we tried two of them were very stuffy, even with the heating turned off.
I do not understand who managed to hang a sign with stars on this hotel, it does not even deserve one for the number of rooms.
- the "paid" pool in the neighboring building was clean, the staff was friendly. But there are questions: there is a fairly large sauna, but there is no shower near it or in the pool area at all, people come out after the steam room and... go to the pool, or they need to walk to the locker room and take a shower there, though the drain is clogged, but it's not scary, the hotel is good)
There are also two hydromassage baths, which are scary to touch, the inner surfaces, apparently, are not washed. In one of them, the water was terribly dirty, although, why am I surprised if the SPA complex has only two showers and those are in the locker rooms.

The pool itself was clean, or maybe that's how we got there!

If you are unsure what to choose in Gudauri, I definitely do not recommend this place!

We have not yet received any negativity from the transfer to the ski lift, because we were by car.

The room was very old and bore also was not good. They gave view which showed garbage and litter stating this is mountain view
