Hotel Victoria-Panorama in Borjomi

It is a wonderful hotel with an outdoor seating area. The breakfast was exceptional and the host was very friendly. She helped us find good restaurants nearby.
The location of this hotel is very near to the park but it is on a hill which makes it a bit difficult to climb.
The rooms are very comfortable and there was a wonderful balcony and the view was incredible.
One bad thing is that there is no elevator which makes carrying luggage up difficult.
Overall this hotel is exceptional and one of a kind.

Excellent place. Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, nice views of the city. Doesn’t have its own parking, and they close the door at 00:00 and can’t leave or enter until next morning. They don’t have elevator and your room can be in the 4th floor

Staying at this family-run hotel was the highlight of our trip to Georgia. The owners personally saw to it that our stay with them was first class in every way. Our suite had a balcony and incredible views from both floors. We were met in the city center and our bags were carried up the hill and into our room, We had a superb dinner there with a very friendly and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and the best of our trip.

Receptionist recommended taking the cable car to the upper part of the park, also she told but told us to wait until the next morning and to get the first old tram to resort bakuriani. The weather was perfect, but by the time we made our descent the clouds and fog were coming in fast obscuring the view for any travelers making the trip after us.

We highly recommend you make a visit to the Hotel Panorama Victoria.

Was one of the best hotels I came across in Georgia, it's not the most luxurious or even close, but it's very clean and comfy, everything in the room was working perfectly, the breakfast was not great but descent enough, you always feel like being with part of your family.

As far as I know all rooms has the same great view, especially if you ae at the 2nd or 3rd floors.

The staff were accommodating and smiling at us, the receptionist spoke very good and clear English. Honestly she was the only receptionist that truly smiled at me in Georgia so far :)

Lastly don't expect more than safe, clean, warm and accommodating place, it's great hotel for someone looking more to explore Borjomi, and not to stay at the hotel watching tv or looking for spa.

It is a business run by family. Rooms are clean and people are friendly. When you get into the reception area people meets you with smile. I liked this place.

Wonderful panoramic view, chic breakfast - especially cookies from curd, bakery with potatoes, even olives, wonderful homemade jam to standard european choices. The room had a fancy terrance with a wonderful view! The room and the bathroom was clean. Mattress was quite comfortable with a huge pillow, for me way too high, but someone maybe like it ;)

Great place to stay in Borjomi. Friendly multilingual staff, good breakfast, spacious clean rooms. Family atmosphere.
