Nice big room, amazing view, cozy garden in quite area, good value for money! Unfortunately we stayed only one night as a stopover, would stay longer if I could! The owners are incredibly friendly.

(and for house hold one too) WiFi is good, but video calls (& screen sharing) are better with mobile internet (Magti). planning to stay here at summer too✨

The location is very close to Borjomi National Park. On our check in, our room was very clean and neat. The interiors are well kept, although from the exterior it seemed as some old hut

Yes indeed everything is green in this guest house. And the more important was the hosting family very warm, welcoming and smile to you at all times. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend it

The hostel and the hosts are great. rooms have all you need and a nice terrace. beware that there are construction works going on now which will be finished soon. so if that disturbs you, maybe you need another place.

Bathroom is not ensuite but you kind of have your "own" since there are two bathroom and two bedrooms in the second floor. The lady (owner?) was very friendly. It was quite easy to find even with google maps in ??

We had the room on the second floor to the left next to the kitchen and it was warm , bright with large windows , cozy and pretty (old looking) interior. The room itself can be locked

Do not expect any big chain hotel atmosphere and style here, this place will remind you visiting your grandmother or auntie place where you will feel warm, cozy and very homey atmosphere! We just enjoyed and valued that! Hotel provided free WiFi but speed a bit slow, the room equipped with all necessary amenities and has authentic furniture, bathroom has one little blemish that the shower not separated...

Great place to stay in Borjomi for short and long stay! We didn’t plan to stay in Borjomi overnight but once been visiting the place decided to spend few days to explore the beautiful Borjomi so the Borjomi Classic Hotel was a random choice we walked in one of Sunday’s afternoon and we met wonderful lady Anna who showed us available rooms and we stayed 2 night at this great place

Every morning we were enjoying amazing home made breakfast in Georgian style served by Anna, same time having nice and pleasant conversations with her and been provided with the guidance around the area

This is a nice and clean hotel. Our room was large and had a good view on the 4th floor. (There is an elevator) The bathroom was also clean and large. The room had 2 balconies with views

They kindly let me use the facilities in the house, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center, and with a lovely garden

It was really nice to stay in a 100 years old house. As you can imagine, not everything is new but you're not going to Borjomi to stay at home anyway, are you? The rooms are basic but have everything you need

I had a day trip with Beso to the following places: - Vardzia Cave City - Khertvisi Fortress - Rabati (Akhaltsikhe) Castle - Atskuri Fortress - that’s a ruin but managed to climb up! - Slesa Fortress (just from outside) - Green Monastery (Mtsvane Monastery) We left at 8am and returned just around 6

He gave me a reasonable price for the trip and we even added Atskuri at the end, where I could climb up to the ruins. If you are a solo traveller and are struggling to find a day trip, Beso is your man

the park is famous for the natural mineral water. all say the water has lot of medical values. outside the park People sell bottles if at all you liked to carry the water. park has lot of games for kids

Borjomi park is amazing and has lot to offer I would recommend to go any moth and any time it’s just amazing

only operational in summer though. you can walk and spend an all evening there

Wonderful in winter,tickets lady doesn't speak English. Security man on the gate was very friendly. 3rd time to me there and it is remarkable place.

The hotel is also ideally located, a nice cafe / restaurant is just near the hotel (My House restaurant), and central park is really close

Though when you're not expecting that the bathroom is shared, the only window of the room goes to the shared kitchen (not street), you don't have towels, you don't have breakfast (becase the cooking lady didn't come today) - you feel a bit of disapointment

The location is walking distance to the city center, as well as some other town sightseeing. Guesthouse has comfy accommodations, neat rooms with very comfortable beds

Akaki's Guesthouse is located a bit out of town but it's worth it. The view from the room is absolutely amazing and Akaki is really helpful. He helped us ordering taxis and generally made us feel at home

The owner, Akaki, works during the day and didn’t bother to demand upfront payment when we checked in! Later on, he gave travel tips around Borjomi, which were extremely useful

If you are finding an ideal budget friendly small hotel this is the perfect place. From the guesthouse windows you have great Georgian mountains view at your fingertips

It has everything one needs - a kitchenette, with kitchenware, washer, hair dryer (I travelled with my wife), a real double bed (not like two single beds combined)

He can help you with anything and arrange anything you need. If you want to see places and enjoy the attractions that are unique, very georgian and not available for an average tourist - you have to contact the owner

Nice, clean and comfy rooms and bathroom, very close to the park and 10 mins walk to bus stop. But that is not the reason we will definitely come back to this place. A great host, with whom you can talk for hours

The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day

Located on the mountain, gorgeous view from the room. In the dark, but with the navigator could not get up, all the time came to a dead end, but the owner went down and met

Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Borjomi for one day, and Nana took us in, told us everything, and showed us around. She's a very kind and responsive host. If we return, we'll definitely stay here.

It is an wonderful family hotel. The view is amazing, there is a forest behind the hotel. The room has everything you might need (kitchenette with all the necessary things, dishes)
