Original Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi

Exceptionally clean and well maintained rooms. The terrace is big and has a beautiful view of the. TV tower. The host is super warm and welcoming. Self service check in is a very handy thing especially if you arrive at night

For me one of the best in Tbilisi. Spacious and well designed rooms. Big bathroom and nice view. Everything cery clean. The location is Perfect - just in the City center. Highly recommend for families.

Wonderful stay we had during our visit to Georgia, one should not expect a typical hotel service while here as it is self check in and it is a very independent and yet a wonderful experience. Kudos to Ludmila she was extremely helpful and very warm to receive us.

My initial reaction upon being dropped off outside that reinforced steel door, was that the place had all the charm of a nuclear bunker. But once inside, that lovely green sofa, the book-lined staircase, and the pleasant smell in the entrance area, have all the hallmarks of a woman's touch. Our family room is truly enormous, and spotlessly clean, and it was well worth the extra. We had a handful of minor issues with the room upon arrival, but rather than let them fester, and then write a bad review, we contacted Luka, the General Manager, and to be fair, the majority of them were resolved within the hour. The hotel has no restaurant, and breakfast is available, via a voucher system, at "10," a restaurant just around the corner. Breakfast starts at 10am there, which we thought would be problematic, but in the end, wasn't. I got a taxi to the hotel from the airport, but on the way home I think I'll catch a 337 bus from the stop just 300m down the hill, and I advised that the fare is 1 GEL, (about 30p). Dr Paul Harris

We used a Taxi to get to the hotel, it was a bit tricky to find because it is on a small road hidden, but the Taxi figured it out. The hotel is very close to Rustaveli Street, which has lots of metro/bus stations less than 10 minutes walking. Great location 📍 Theres a small park for kids 🛝 to play with 2 minutes walking from the hotel which will be handy if you’re travelling with kids, plus two mini shops close by open 24h to buy water, groceries, etc. Getting inside the hotel felt tricky because you need a code to get in. I checked for the code when we landed using the airport internet but I haven’t received it to get in and we had no access to internet afterwards, We had to wait outside until someone opened the door while they were leaving. 🤷🏻‍♀️ There is no reception, literally as soon as you get inside you find just a sofa and a coffee machine with a tv opposite to stairs that leads to the rooms. As soon as you have the password it is an easy peasy process you don’t have to worry about losing the key/card to enter while you're out. No elevator for higher floors.🆙 The room had enough space for us (family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦of 4; two adults, a teenager and an 8 yrs old) The room had an AC and enough storage for our bags / clothes 👚 The rooms cleanliness could use some more attention to detail; corners, drawers and fridge needed cleaning, nothing clorox wipes won’t fix 😆 We found one bedsheet and one blanket had spots on it ( coffee or tea spills looks like) so weare for it to be replaced and it was. There is no reception but responsive to all queries by WhatsApp, welcome to the new era of hoteling 😎 The breakfast were at the restaurant behind the hotel, it starts 10 am, so we went there and asked them if there is anything they can do to accommodate us since our tours starts 8 am, they made us a package the night before that included boiled eggs with spilt, salad, bread, biscuits, honey and cheese, which I think was sweet of them 🥰

The room was super clean, the bed is comfy for a good night sleep. Floor heating in the bathroom. A nice view from the balcony on the funecular. All
The facilities were high quality and perfect.

Excellent location, great facility, 2 minutes walk from all major sites, we enjoyed staying and we (2+2) will come back

Good hotel but very bad location and parking.
