This as a 5 star hotel is one of the most laughable things in the hospitality sector. Its a 2 star. Everything incurred an unexpected or a very large cost, and the owners treat it as their own house rather than a place of guests (hogging the food, blaring the TV)

I dont know why Google says 5 star hotel, who they paid for this... But this is an overpriced 2 star hotel. Take note of who is continually listing the 5 star ratings on here too.

The hotel is in a quiet area of Tbilisi, one minute walk from the river. In the area it's easy to find several stores and pharmacies. The building itself is relatively small (that's why it's called a "boutique" hotel). It's not new, but rather clean and cute. The rooms are medium size, the elevator stops *between* the room levels, which forces you to climb (up or down) a few stairs, and the walls are a bit thin, which transfers sounds between adjacent rooms. The shower is nice - sometimes you need to be a bit patient for the hot water to arrive. The service is extremely good and makes you feel wanted. Breakfast (quite good, yet vegetarian only) is served to your table on the ground floor. Altogether a good experience and a place to return to.

I checked in on 9/7/2022, and my reservation was 2 single beds. We got to the room and the air conditioner was so hot. I called the reception, and told them with my issue and they said they don’t have any other room available. I have been told to check back the next day. When I checked back, I have been told there is nothing they can do and that the hotel is full. I asked them to give me my money back, they said the day rate has already started and we will give you nothing.
NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. Do not let the price fool you

Very good service, nice room, nice breakfast, located about 15 minutes walk from the center. Staff was very friendly and helpful (good English and Russian).

Nothing special but All things are as it should be, the rooms are clean, breakfast is excelent, the service is with a smile.

Rooms vary in quality enormously. Don’t settle for a poor room because it isn’t cheap. Breakfast is good and staff are helpful. Not centrally located if you want to go out for dinner.

This place is located near to the Main street and worth for the money.. Some rooms are fitted with Jacuzzis. You can find supermarkets and important things near by..
