Clean and spacious!
The staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast was delicious!
The distance from the hotel to Tbilisi clock tower and Galleria Tbilisi is just 15 mins of walking distance!
Overall my 3 nights well spent here.

Located in an old house in the old town, the common areas are stylishly decorated, even featuring a piano. The rooms are spacious, with balconies and sofa beds. Breakfast is served in a beautiful and comfortable courtyard. Elea and Nick at the front desk were incredibly helpful and provided us with a lot of thoughtful assistance. We'd like to express our gratitude! The owner was also incredibly welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again on my next trip.

The reception staff was very nice, the staff was nice, the hotel location was relatively good, the breakfast wasn't good, of course it wasn't good for Iranians, but the breakfast dishes smelled very bad very very bad

It was the most cozy hotel I visited in Georgia! The service and hospitality was truly gentle. We had a great time at the hotel. I can recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy the city as well the lovely hotel. I'll be choosing Elea old hotel every time I'm back in tbilisi!

The room was relatively clean and comfortable, but the microwave was broken and needed to be repaired. Everything was ok, but some details written in the itinerary were not provided, which was a pity, very, very pity.

A homestay with a nice environment, clean and sanitary. The only drawback is that the carpet in the room has a smell. The breakfast is quite rich, with bread, milk, juice, eggs and vegetable salad.
