The rooms are clean and everyday you have a roomservice. Unfortunately the breakfast is unsatisfying... never seen something like that, the pictures from the Hotel are not the truth. I expected a simple breakfast.... but the offering from the hotel is far away.

Scam Alert! This hotel no longer exists. When I arrived there was a closed sign on the locked door, and when I peeked through the window I could see various stacked furniture and general evidence that the hotel was not even close to operational. Nevertheless, they charged my card when I booked months in advance, and have refused to issue a refund.

I selected it because it’s not so far from airport . Since the hotel is located near to main road, you can reach airport in 10-15 minutes at any time.
In reality, the rooms are a little worse than in photos, but the most important thing is that bed and bathroom are clean.
For such price it’s good option.

Stayed in this hotel prior to an extremely early flight departure. Complimentary taxi service to the airport offered for a stay of 3 nights or over. But easy to use Bolt to get to the airport. Hotel is fine, nothing too special but for the price an absolute bargain. Breakfast included but didn't try it. Room was good, bathroom was fine. Hotel situated away from the centre in a typical residential area where real Georgians live! Not many touists around. Great local restaurants/cafes within 10 minute walk.

Amazing clean, comfortable, cozy hotel. Very hospitable hosts, responsive, always asked how we were doing, treated us to wine and the room was always clean and bathroom accessories were replenished every day. Comfortable price and light nutritious breakfasts, with a beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains. Many thanks to the owner and hostess of this hotel for the warm Georgian welcome)

Very good hotel and place for a traveller . The owner was friendly and helpful, but must be more severe with some uneducated clients. We had a situation with some people from Moldova who were shouting and speaking loud with music in high volume till 3am in the open area down, exactly under of our room. They did it for 2 days , and the rest fortunately stopped at 11pm. We couldn't sleep. Out of this the hotel is a nice choice if u want to visit Tbilisi . I believe they will work on this and will fix. Not forget to mention the kind woman in kitchen . She prepared for us breakfast and found milk from local market only for me .
