When we couldn't reach the hotel we had booked for the night, we contacted the owner of this hotel. Without taking payment, he gave us the key code and explained where the key was. The building is very old, but all of Tbilisi has old buildings. The bathroom needs restoration. The room was clean, but cleaning wasn't done on the days we were supposed to. We took our own necessities from the cupboard. It's suitable for a short stay. Thanks to the owner.

Perfect for Solo traveler who wants a comfortable, clean and quiet place to rest after a day of exploring the city. Communication is easy thru WhatsApp and hassle free. Externally it may look a bit rundown but it was cozy inside and safe. Just off from the Main Street, close to many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Easily walk to Old town and surrounding area.
Bus stop within 2-3 mins walk, directly opposite the Opera House’s takes you directly to Airport at only 1Gel!

Very good hotel : comfortable rooms, good services and flexibility. Also the location is perfect, 10min walking from Old Town.

Unfortunately, we were robbed at this hotel. Money was stolen from our belongings. It's a family-run hotel, so it was hard to imagine such a thing was possible. The money disappeared after cleaning. The owner was worried and sympathetic, but she couldn't figure out the situation. She checked the CCTV cameras; no one except her daughter had entered the room, and the windows had bars.

rank 10 out of 10. Everything about the hotel pleased me, including the kind staff and its immaculate, peaceful surroundings. It's the ideal spot to unwind quietly without being bothered. When you have questions, individuals are always willing to help and are quite responsive. We didn't have to go far while we were staying at this hotel because everything you needed was close by—restaurants, malls establishments, and other amenities are all conveniently located in the centre. Furthermore, I would like to mention how stunning this place is—both the hotel and the surroundings. I appreciate the staff very much, and I truly adore this location. Thank you for making me feel welcome. I believe that this hotel deserves to be more widely known; it's worth it.

Excellent hotel that is perfectly located in the heart of the city, very cozy & clean. The helpful reception staff made our stay more fascinating by giving us advise and tips about the city. The grocery, shops, restaurants, and pubs are all conveniently located within walking distance. We were cordially welcomed upon arrival. I would without a doubt suggest this hotel to everyone! It is a genuine example of first-rate hospitality. Once more, I want to thank Griboedov for going above and above for his visitors!
